I think many 'scam' project is caused by difficult to collect money. Devs cant develop their project if doesnt have enough money.
Then, it makes bounty hunter who support their project cant get good payment too

In the other hand, there are scammer from project itself. Dev makes the project just for lying investor, stealing money from investor. In this case, we have to smart enough to avoid
With so many ICO projects coming out of course there will be a lot of competition in terms of fundraising needed, I have participated in a number of projects that indicated scam even they succeeded in sales problems when IEO occurred but still they did not develop the project so that an accurate analysis was also not can immediately avoid such projects but at least we can avoid them.

You are right, so now many investors are not interested in new projects. investing in IEO or ICO makes them lose money. because good analysis also doesn't guarantee they will disappear after the sale is complete. not only investors, but bounty hunters also must feel disadvantaged. and many such projects now.

The way to do this is to examine carefully the new projects that we will invest in and work on their bounty campaign, that is the only way that can be done by investors and bounty hunters.

So far this year , a lot of scams have occurred in the crypto sphere ranging from projects scamming investors and as well as projects not paying hunters for their works.

What do you think can be done to counter this ill manner behaviors that has been painting cryptocurency bad?
Everything is done by project team. Late payment, no payment, ignoring hunter work, reject process by KYC, decreasing budget and last dump market. By few reward bounty hunters can't dump the whole cryptocurrency when all project is rising their available supply. Here has no rules against unpaid campaign.

We have seen many projects like this which we don't have any guarantee for the payments, even though we get paid but we don't see any value to the coin. We have faced these situations many times and which we have complained to moderators about the situation of the bounties there is no use.

in fact, the easiest way to avoid scam projects and bounties is to choose projects that already have a market. like the signature you use, or the one I use. as far as I know, the project already has a market, and when the bounty is distributed, it is quite easy to sell, whereas if they don't pay, it will have a negative effect on the project they have built so far.

Many new projects nowadays are just short term investment or should i say 'quick money grab'? Well the choice is ours to make, do not rely 100% on new projects, some will have a good starting and it's all just a sweet move to scam people

To overcome the scamer is very difficult because they use various ways to deceive the investors and bounty hunters, and this will have a bad impact to this forum, in the year 2019 a lot of fraudulent projects that occur so that many investors Who felt at a disadvantage so the ICO project seemed to be dead and there are some investors who have switched to IEO because there is more convenient to invest, but there are still many investors who have not fully believed with IEO

The way forward is to always DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH to avoid stories that torches the hearts. Investors who wishes to invest in any token should be able to check through and do vivid research before investing in any kind of token.

Bounty hunters promote whatever comes to their table as all they do is trial and in search of money too, they are not the reason of scam projects so what's needed is for one to do good research

Well, it can be tough.
And the scammers have really upped their game.
Cheaters come from all sides: bounty hunters, investors, and projects.
Investors and bounty hunters should scrutinize any project they are engaging with.
Credible KYC should be done for investors and bounty hunters. This could reduce cheating
And there was much improvement in 2019 compared to the previous year. Not as much cheating. Various means have been created by bounty managers and project teams to detect scammers. Hopefully, 2020 will be better

Investors should be more conscious. They get people's sense of easy money making. There is no simple money. Everybody is working, doing research. Investigate your project well. You already know the status of the project with a lot of information. Choose transparent projects.

This only proves that not only investors should be smart and careful and choosing and dealing with new projects in the industry. Even the hunters who supposedly have their own share of knowledge are still being outsmarted and fooled by this fraudulent project team developers and owners.

Because a lot of scams occured in crypto most people lose trust on crypto and don't know what to choose and because they are new and are afraid to not get scammed, hope there can be a way to stop this and all people to research before invest.
Not only new members of the forum fall prey to scammers. Even old members like us also get deceived by the scumbags. Really, this is a difficult terrain to navigate and that's why we need regulations in a way so as to curb this menace. If you must get into bounty, choice scantily and also from reputable Bounty Managers. That way it saves you the headache of constantly getting scammed. It reduces the chances of one getting, not that it completely takes it out anyway.

Making sense,  because nowadays,  some project have developed the habit of using bounty hunters to promote their project, schedule a time frame to pay the hunters and when that time comes they will give excuses and continue delaying the payment,
I wish some how hunters can be unanimous about campaigns and how they support this cunning projects.
And I also wish some bm will do their job sincerely and stop being selfish.

In this matter it will be better if someone create a connection with the exchanges with which these projects are listed or want to list and have to aware the exchanges with the any scam attempts that the developers do no matter they scam a group or a single person we have to disclose them to the owners of exchanges and the exchange owners have to warn them to delist and ban the coin until they pay to the people whom they have to pay. It will be more helpful act from the exchanges to this environment.

The way forward is to always DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH to avoid stories that torches the hearts. Investors who wishes to invest in any token should be able to check through and do vivid research before investing in any kind of token.
Right, in the future there must always be research, because in the past there were indeed many victims of the scam project because they did not do further research on the project and in the past also the average person immediately believed in the project and the lure of the project, thus making the scammers more easy to cheat.

But sometimes the research also make it impossible for the bounty hunters to find that which project will pay them because in the previous years we saw a number of projects which were legit but in the end because of their failure they abandoned their projects and they returned any fund they collected from the investors but they left the bounty hunters to pay nothing not thinking that these bounty hunters worked for them many months. They at least have to pay a little amount in BTC etc so that to not discourage them and to give their right to them.

It's easy to wave fists after a fight. In 2017-2018, few people distinguished fraudulent projects from normal ones, so many investors lost their money. Now the story is completely different, so we learn from mistakes.

All that can be done is to raise awareness of this matter and experts in research and uncover fake projects and awareness to avoid them by new people in this field
I don't think there is more that we can do
