Buying alts from ieo can make more profit, before it was ico but not anymore, if you are able to participate in ieo of big exchange like binance, you are sure to expect good returns, I have seen investors of $ONE ieo on binance where able to make good profit during that period, unfortunately for me I couldn't participate.

Why you didn't participate ? Are they country specific ?  Ieo is good but crypto coins are still the best in my opinion  . Why can we support standard cryptos before anything else ?  I'm not against the ieo and ico but I think they are way too risky   . What if you buy them and they suddenly got dumped ?  Instead of earning more profits , you will loose more profits but on the case of cryptos , once they got dumped , the recovery is always assured

fear in such risks usually makes people not want to take a chance. many people support IEO or ICO because they can get greater profits than buying an existing cryptocurrency. think about it, when you buy a token on an IEO, and that token has a very high price. it happened with some IEO in the popular market. it might be risky, but it's the same as supporting existing crypto, it also has risks.

however, between the choice of buying IEO or when you already list it depends on your choice, but supporting the correct IEO will certainly be better than waiting for the list on the market.

I understand your point. So we must make the best use of opportunities. Join IEO does provide a great opportunity to get a cheaper price, before going up several times after official trading, especially the IEO in Binance.

IEOs in Binance always takes the eyes of the investors. Because of being a known exchange, investor's confidence is there and everyone who's looking to invest there thinks that those projects are likely to pump when it's ready to trade.

Because tokens or coins that are really potential will surely become a struggle and difficult to get, so it's okay to join at the beginning of official trading, if there is upside potential, don't waste it.

Coins that have the potential will struggle? it can also be your own verdict, join and buy early or just buy later when you think that it's a good time to get in.

Buying the tokens from exchnages works the best for me. I find it cheaper usually and I cannot understand why people will buy at ICO when it is so much cheaper on the exchange. I am too afraid to invest directly into an ICO and if I use an exchange I do not need KYC. It just seems much safer with less to lose. I can also take part in their bounty campaign to earn those tokens instead of buying them. That is also a safe way for me.

I remember the similar question, but instead IEO it was ICO. What happened many times is that price after ICO drops heavily, and it was better to buy in that time, at lower prices. Looks like same thing happens with some IEO`s, but only with some, not with all of them. Some coins never recover, while some don`t drop after ICO.
What is the smart thing to do here? Well like always when we are not sure in something, we should have careful approach. For example invest just 50% of your planned investment while IEO is ongoing, leave other 50% in case if price drops after so you can buy more.

Agree, I also prefer to buy tokens that have been listed on the exchanger. Now is the period where the price of tokens is quite cheap compared to a few months ago and in my opinion this is the right time to accumulate tokens or coins that we think are potential in the future

For me, IEO is a top choice in this market because this is the easiest way to make a profit but to do this, you have to research many times and have to choose the best exchanges to join IEO. In fact, only 8% of IEO projects are profitable for you because most of the current projects often appear very much in small exchanges and are not much interested by people. In my opinion you should choose exchanges that are trusted by many people such as Okex, Huobi, Kucoin because these are 3 exchanges that have helped me to make good profits from joining IEO.

Yes, but some profit in after an IEO takes place, because most of them when listed in an exchange the price go lower than IEO price, so I think buying in an exchange for a cheaper price is good. You may get more profit if you buy more before it booms in  other exchanges also. You may invest in other coins that they have been partnered also.

People participating IEO for quick profits by selling the IEO coins right after the IEO ends.
That's why many IEO coins dumped out a week after or 2 weeks after the IEO helds. People are hunting for next IEO instead of investing in previous IEO.

Well it would be better if you would participate in IEO as early as it is. Either way if it fails it will fail. Besides it is hard to predict though. I high suggest that you should participate before hand in a Project whom you think won't get you scam or won't fail along the run. So you do not have to worry on where would you get a better profit. Lastly, always remember if it fails it would fail either if you participate before or not.

that's a question you can't answer like that. basically i'll tell you my personal approach to interesting projects now.
i take part in the bounty campaign if there is one and buy additionally at the ICO/IEO or the following listing on the exchanges. so you push down the average price enormously and get faster into the green area.

Every thing could used to gain profits as long as we know the opportunity that may appear than.particpate in IEO could give us more profit if there is hype in market.more hype will make project better and usually in market we will see higher price than ieo price.finding projectz with high hype very difficult now  , investors already have experience that tell hype just temporary.

Try to find out from there both, try to avail both so you can compare, for me it depends also on what project you participating for, but first observe and look what is the project for to prevent scammed.
