For now, I personally would prefer to buy a token / coin after being listed on the exchange rather than buying a token at ieo, because ieo activities are very speculative because there is no guarantee that their coins will be higher in price when they are listed in the exchange later. If so, then we ourselves will lose because the value of selling coins is lower than when we bought it at Ieo. so, it is indeed bettering if we choose to buy tokens / coins after being listed in several exchangers, even though the profit we get will be very little, but it is safer than investing in ieo, which could be the price of their tokens will be much lower later in exchanger.

I think it is more profitable when you buy token in the exchanges since you are already trading the token buying low and selling it at a high price I think you could easily can a profit in that method. Back in the day i also do this method of trading in poloniex.com and i earn a good amount of money with 20$ in a day I think as a not full-time trader this is already a great profit. Also, I think IEO is not the best option but great for long term investment.

I think so, it is going to take a lot of capital to start this tokens and list it in a exchanger most of the time this kind of project is just ending up to scam. Because the token didn't even reach the exchanger or not even listed in an exchange.

If the coin you are holding is bitcoin then it's much profitable than investing to an IEO. Because if you are caught late selling the token there, you'll be in the verge of losing.
