I don't think its actual "bots" so much as one person (or a handful of people) emulating posting bots.
They are a continuation of
this farm of accounts that recently came back to life to "bump" threads for scam projects. They somehow convinced coinsbit to hire them and keep paying them, even with the negative trust and the fact that they are no longer capable of bumping a thread to the top!
I got under
this guy's skin pretty good months ago -- he is 100% part of the farm -- maybe the "leader." I wouldn't be surprised if its simply one guy logging in and out of accounts all day
When I clicked on Altcoin Announcements just now, I saw that the thread is indeed on the first page, kind of in the middle, but that's 100% thanks to us commenting in it. I will direct them to this thread, after which I will stop commenting in it (we're only giving them free exposure because of the way the new bumping scores are calculated).
Except for us and the occasional Cryptotalk shitposter that wanders in and posts in the thread, _all_ comments in that thread are by the farm.
I haven't done enough research to know if Coinsbit is an actual scam or not, but its never a good sign of a project has to resort to such cheeseball tactics.
