They already claim to have over 5,000 daily active users which for me is already impressive (if it's true) [Source].
Most exchanges do trading competitions to help bring in more users and daily traders, I'm pretty sure Hydax has similar plans as well.
Coupled with various marketing stunts, they might be able to climb up to that prestigious top 10 exchanges given their current progress.

Really depressed about this project. I think they should have accurate updates as a lot of people are waiting for this coin in the near future. In my opinion, if Hydax extends the time, it will be very difficult to attract investors and will no longer be interested in investors in the near future. In fact, December is a good choice to start IEO and they should do it early before moving to 2020

Before they opened the listing application form, they were selecting the project by themselves. But now, we can submit a project that we want to list on the exchange and let the team review it so they can list it on the exchange.
I do feel it, it looks like they have the same template as Kucoin. I do not see it as a problem since they are not that similar.

The team should change quick on how they address queries from their potential clients. If this will continue, I don't think it is worth to follow their progress as if you are waiting in vain just to get what's going on. They are just starting their exchange so what more if they are bombarded by successive complaints from their traders? Are they going to address them? Their volume is quite large already, took the BTC/USDT pair and they are already working on millions of dollars. Is this actual value and no wash trading?

Really depressed about this project. I think they should have accurate updates as a lot of people are waiting for this coin in the near future. In my opinion, if Hydax extends the time, it will be very difficult to attract investors and will no longer be interested in investors in the near future. One can only hope such matters to be true mate. We all know these centralized exchanges is mostly where these "hackings" usually happens. (I wonder why   )
Then, before you know it, they'll be gone and have run with all the user's funds.
I do hope too that Hydax would not fall into that long list of exit scam centralized exchanges and would do all the necessary security checks to prevent it from ever happening. Prevention is always better than cure.  
Well, only time will tell if Hydax would be able to hold their grounds longer than any centralized exchanges we have now.

Security is now a very important factor for traders who want to trade on the exchanger platform, because without a strong security of course the risk of losing their money is very likely to occur if there is hacking, there are indeed most market exchanges that money return to traders  after hacking but this is still a concern for traders, I think the Hydax should strengthen their current to security system Because, the in recent years the exchange has been a target for hackers.

There is no explanation from the HyDax team about how their security system works, and we also don't know whether their security is very well protected or not, because hackers usually only need a few bugs in the system to take over the security of the system and I think the team needs anticipate this from now on, so that bugs contained in the security of their systems can be covered, making it difficult for hackers to hack exchangers.
whether or not there is a refund or not after hacking may depend on the policy of the hydax management team later.
