Even before when the blockchain.info wallet has an airdrop of the stellar(XLM) worth of $25 I won't grab the chance because I afraid of submitting my personal information how much more on this kind of offer something we don't know. I think OP you are wasting time, nobody will bite the offer of yours, unless if that is probably greed and don't care about their identity to be exposed. Nevertheless, your thread has a lack of information and explains why and where the KYC to submit.
25 usd is way too small in exchange for our identity or id's because if they used our data they can earn even more thru it but blockchain is a reputable company and i believe that many people have done their airdrop .
now in the case of op , it hard to trust someone like this because he is only a random person and we dont know his real agenda . i see simillar tactics like this before and i think they are all connected or related to each other .
