Are you sure you are putting in your correct email and is your password also correct, because is hard for a site to state your email is not acceptable when you have been on the platform am suggesting you check properly
thought this for a entire day but apparently i am running some elaborate operation... Dont people normally multi account at the better bookmakers? dont understand who would be eager to have ' multiple jetwins'. anyways sorry getting anoyed with this |

I sent 7mbtc to this guy from my Cloudbet account to his Jetwin account cause I owed them to him. Where is the problem?

This has gotten completely out of control,
Id like to state for everyone factual things:
1) i dont play at Jetwin allot ive maybe made 100 bets in my life there and most of them where 3+ months ago. I have deposited and withdrawn at jetwin various times with no issues.
2) My account was 0 and I deposited 7 MBTC ( for the first time in months even logging in) on monday.
3) On monday my balance went to 35 mbtc from a couple tennis bets no action after i placed those bets , on tuesday when i went to log in my account was no longer even valid.
I have emailed customer support tuesday and recieved a message today saying my account is under review. Id like to keep in mind I did not even attempt to withdraw any of the 35 mbtc now in my account. ( I cant even access my account).
This is the latest message from Jetwin
Your digital footprints match with some other accounts. Our fraud team
has reached a decision that a number of accounts were linked and belong
to the same member. This violates personal limit regulations for a user
and is considered as fraud according to site rules.
As standard procedure, a return of your deposits would have been
scheduled for your account. However, as you have already withdrawn more
than you have deposited, no further payments can be made to your account.
Fraud department's decision is final and cannot be reversed.
..Every single thing this message says is false, I have only one account, I have only ever had one account, logged into one account, Limited play at the book because its honestly not even very good for what i am looking for, There saying because I have tecinally won a small amount here in my life that my deposit will be kept because im being called a multi accounter and have won money?
What can i even do ? "This is final decision"
Someone help me this has gone from .....susicious behaviour to down right insulting now and its personal i feel now... I dont feel like i should lose any money for something that is a total lie. Its honestly not important the money its just principal at this point if i was guilty i would just lay down and accept it but this is downright criminal!
Same shitty "multiple account" excuse to not give you your winnings. This is really sad. By any chance were you using a VPN to access the site? Since you will be sharing your IP with many other user using the same VPN, there might be a chance of false positive alert. Anyways, make a proper thread at the scam accusation board. Let them know you have created the thread and would like to continue your discussion over there openly. |

I do not know what to do yesterday won some bets, today cant login and is telling me there is no account assosiated with my email... support will not answer me.. Help!
Something fishy on what happen to you OP, its better to open scam accusation thread so people will decide, if theres no support that replying on your chat this is something fishy I hope you have no huge fund on this gambling site. |

Something fishy on what happen to you OP, its better to open scam accusation thread so people will decide, if theres no support that replying on your chat this is something fishy I hope you have no huge fund on this gambling site. In fact, this is a serious problem if a person is telling the truth. I would like to know the possible real steps to solve such a problem and I don’t even know what can be done in this situation, which is very difficult, even if the support service is not responding. |

English seems not to be your fluent language, but what I was saying is try checking if the fault is from your end and then you would no what to do, and why would some one have a multiple account on one bookmaker site |

Jetwin were quite active in this forum back in 2016-2017 but it seems they are vanished into thin air recently, the site itself feel like run by a couple guy behind the monitor... instead run by a professional team who can handle a lot of complaints at once professionally. My personal record on the problem follow up by jetwin ... it was nearly 4 days to get an answer lol I prefer to get no answer at all. The fraud procedure there seems defective though... in the past my account get blocked due accused do multi-accounting two times! And they admit it was a mistake two times too! |

So same things has happened to me recently. Account locked. No response from multiple attempts to contact support. I have been a winning player - noting major. I have not broken their rules in any way that I know of.
I feel as if they waited for me to accumulate funds in my account and are now robbing me of them.
Can someone please advise?
