Look at this from the Namecoin Forum:

http://forum.namecoin.info/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1500&p=10489#p10489

Seems, there is really a lof of activity on Namecoin ... The Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/Namecoin.NMC shows increasing engagement of people and a high growth of likes compared to Bitcoin and other Altcoins ...

Indeed it has the highest activity compared to other Coins.

Namecoin is a very inovative coin ... descentralized dns (outside ICANN) is such a nice idea but for general public is preaty much hard to navigate on .bit domains developers should focus more on it.

Namecoin must be "dead" indeed ...  Wink

ICANN mentions Namecoin in his public available draft:
"This might seem like a fantasy ... Namecoin show that such systems are possible today."

I would love to see Namecoin bounce back, because of its innovation,
but I dont see it happening in the near future though.
