The commission for SEPA is 5% over Bitstamp price.
Unless the member have a good reputation, he will have to wait 5 working days for their bitcoins after the reception of the SEPA transfer to be shore the banking account is legitimate. But I'll give immediate notice of the reception of the euros. Subsequent deals, with euros sent from the same first account, won't incur in any delay.
Any first deal by SEPA transfer will have to be of low amount.

The commission for cash in mail is 3% over Bitstamp price. Mail should be signed for and insured. The buyer shall pay the fees.
Payment in case of cash by mail will be immediate upon arrival of the letter with the money.
Small start quantity accepted and recommended.

If you want to buy another cryptocoin currently trading at BTC-e, send me a message, I can sell it for SEPA or euro in mail.

Check my vouches and feedback. You can trade with confidence. I never had any complain.
I also accept escrow from John (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=31288), but his fees are on you.
Check also my rules to avoid being scammed: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=198899.msg2080335#msg2080335

Hi folks,

Rate is preev.com and 9%* fees (Min $20) for the service without the payment method taxes.

*Bitcoin to Perfect money and OK Pay fees are 15%.

Maximum is $5000 per transaction.

For fastest response - email to asseteer@gmail.com

Build the trust with smaller transactions first then grow it as a regular business.

Good luck; with those fees, and as a newbie, you are going to need a lot of it.

P.S. It's impolite to post your offer in the thread of another trader

No, I don't like the payment system or the price, but thanks for the offer.
