Has alt season started?

Not quite yet imho, but i feel it's near. When projects start to rise against btc rather then usd for days, then i know it has started. But i want to be prepared and don't want to fomo into that when ever it happens. Neither am i trying to catch the bottom so i am just buying little by little them right now. Just to be sure i am somewhat in when it happens.

No, I dont think so unless we have a good news that China and India has opened its door to cryptocurrency but i think it still need more time.
People are still focused on Bitcoin for now, The crypto leader needs to pave a way first in order for these altcoins to flourish.

China has already shut down their country to cryptocurrency so there is no way they will be going back again. The problem here is that most countries are open in cryptocurrency adaptation but at the same time they will have to face the scammers that is taking some advantage to the people who doesn't have any idea of cryptocurrency.

Alt season is far from the reality yet, we will have to wait for the new ATH of Bitcoin in order to see it.

They are now having some positive sentiments on blockchain tech as a whole which means they can possibly revert it back.

Some altcoins has a bull run but some are going down.
I think alt season is really seldom to happened because there are too many alts out there so it depends to us of choosing what altcoin will be up.

And as a result Bitcoin is going up and alts are going down relative to Bitcoin, opposite of alt season. I think this is pretty much how it's going to be for the foreseable future. There is not so much money to go around as it was at the end of 2017 and investors are smarter after being burned. Only the major coins are going to see gains, Bitcoin getting 80%+ of the capital and the rest fight for leftovers.

Nope.  Alts still stagnant mate and those pumps that we saw and experienced in some alternative coins  is just a small pumps wherein a normal scenario that always happened in the market because of the volatility . So its not a season for alts.  Unless if its show a high jump what I mean even 20%.

Do you think both of countries will accept crypto easily? india and china have already stated if these countries are considering to put blockchain as its main core system and used it to operate the various things in the future. But it looks like china has a mode chance to accept bitcoin and recently bitcoin surge more than 30%.

I don't really know the development of crypto in India, but I think China can indeed accept bitcoin. I heard that China will make their own cryptocurrency, and because of this, I think China can again accept bitcoin as an investment tool, or something like that. I just hope that other countries also support it.

I think we should wait more because the current market is having a lot of surprises happening. In my opinion, only the top altcoins can increase in this period because the current demand for buying only focuses on good coins and there is not much chance of raising prices for other altcoins. I'm not sure what the market will be like next time but hopefully everyone will feel better and avoid panic sell.

You can't really say I have a feeling that something will happen, prove me wrong. The onus is on you to offer some proof or at least compelling evidence that you may be right. I think it is preferable to base buy and sell decisions on reasoning.

The alt market has been recovering over the last day, but this is being led by a BTC recovery. Alts aren't increeasing relative to BTC at all at the moment. I do think there will be an alt season at some point, but it might require further price rises across the whole market before there is sufficient confidence for people to sell BTC for alts. I think it's premature to say this is alt season, just because alts have recored a few dollars but remain static against BTC.

Of course, no one will prove to you if you want to believe it. You can see how cool someone is playing with the price of Bitcoin: a month ago it fell, today it has risen to the same level. Altcoins reacted with optimism. And many people want to believe in the best.
At the same time, many altcoins are still in a downtrend. Today's positivism may just be a correction of the red trend. If you are not a supporter of the buy just because price has fallen, then it is better to wait for more reliable signs of growth.

Not yet I think, just take an example of Ethereum today. Yesterday I checked, it was at $160 range but today it's $180/ETH which is really crazy despite of the bear market trend at the end of the year. We still don't know if it will continue or it's just a short bubble.

I would say that it's just a mindset of people that every year especially in Q4, there is a possibility that the price is increasing.

btc is rising more than 20% in a day, it touch highest at 10,000+ $

The sudden recovery was unexpected but the major recovery happened in bitcoin and its fork coins, the rest of the altcoin market recovered but the biggest winners are the main market players and even if there is an altcoin season it will take a really long time to happen, i am not expecting one either but if it happen i am glad so that i will book my profits after a long time.
