Do you believe that it has started? I have a good feeling that I should buy them before winter. Prove me wrong.

No, I dont think so unless we have a good news that China and India has opened its door to cryptocurrency but i think it still need more time.
People are still focused on Bitcoin for now, The crypto leader needs to pave a way first in order for these altcoins to flourish.

China has already shut down their country to cryptocurrency so there is no way they will be going back again. The problem here is that most countries are open in cryptocurrency adaptation but at the same time they will have to face the scammers that is taking some advantage to the people who doesn't have any idea of cryptocurrency.

Alt season is far from the reality yet, we will have to wait for the new ATH of Bitcoin in order to see it.

They are now having some positive sentiments on blockchain tech as a whole which means they can possibly revert it back.

This must be the reason why Bitcoin suddenly surge up in just a short amount of time making it almost looks like the bull run. I like how their president change his mind for accepting blockchain technology again. But this is just only for Bitcoin and alt season is not yet near in the corner.

Not yet. It's a possible bull trap that we've seen but still a good motion and recovery for the market because we've been so drought for the past week.
I wouldn't wait for the altcoin season and won't monitor it as well. Let it come on surprise so that it's the best feeling that we will ever had without any expectation but soon it will come.

The sudden recovery was unexpected but the major recovery happened in bitcoin and its fork coins, the rest of the altcoin market recovered but the biggest winners are the main market players and even if there is an altcoin season it will take a really long time to happen, i am not expecting one either but if it happen i am glad so that i will book my profits after a long time.

Take your profits and enjoy it. This is truly an unexpected recovery but let's all rejoice and take this as positive thing to the market. While the others who have given up to the market thinks that there's no way for bitcoin to recover and some actually wished that it will dump some more.
But most of them got it wrong, bitcoin pumped instead of it to dump.

As of now, the market seems good and most of the altcoin has a rising price so basically, you might call it an altcoin season but not totally altcoin seasons. We all know that altcoin seasons is the season where the price of a different altcoin is rising. If you look in the coinmarketcap all top rank altcoin has a beautiful and green color which means the price keeps on rising and even bitcoin is now starting to pump again.

Altcoin season has not started yet. The whole crypto market got a pump because of China's president's speech about endorsing cryptocurrency. You can't tell this is an alt season, but you can buy reputed altcoins as the price is very low comparing the potential. So, buy now and wait for the bull run. I hope you wouldn't wait for a long time.

Winter is almost on us, and I've been saying for a while now that it's a good time to buy both bitcoin and altcoins that have a future.  You have to pick the right ones, tho and that's the trick. 

The last jump in bitcoin's price has pushed up alts, but I still think it's a buying opportunity especially for the short term if you do that kind of trading.  If bitcoin stays as high as it is, altcoins should do pretty well *and* I have a feeling that both are going to go higher in 2020.

This is the thing, tho.  People usually don't know when the 'season' ever starts, they just realize it well after the fact, after prices have already gone bananas.  We might have just started that kind of situation in the past day...but there's no sure way of knowing right now.

But being too pessimistic is not a good idea either, even is not coming yet. It would be better to take this opportunity to earn some money. Based on coinmarketcap, it's still increasing so it's been better than before.

Maybe altcoin just started but not all of it. Sometimes the market situation can't be predicted, altcoin is starting to improve itself but only a little, but the increase now will either continue or just a buzz. All is still uncertain. But it would be nice to take a little profit now, rather than nothing

Some of the alts started to increase a small percent, but in general, we couldn't say this is the start for the altcoin season. But in bitcoin we have seen a good movement, that is true all is uncertain. But hopefully, by the following year, we will see a good movement or good price increase on altcoins.

Yes, this is a good time to buy alts. Yesterday the market had a great growth, bitcoin increased almost 40% and the alts approximately 30%. That's a good sign, I believe this Q4 will be quite similar to 2017.
All pumps will be made before the halving of bitcoin, so we should buy when the price is still low.

One day of growth, and you already see the beginning of the altcoin season! Really? Even if this is the beginning of the altseason and many want it, we cann't know for sure until this happens.
Let's be sober. To see the beginning of the growth of altcoins, mutually confirming signals are needed for this. All we have is a suspended downtrend - there are not enough signals to buy.

Being optimistic will give you some hints when trying to sort the market up, the alls season is just doing the same with the sway where you
can take chances if you carefully analyze the situations. If you have money to spare and there's a willingness inside you to work with potential
coins to grow, investing and position yourself to this level can bring good profits.

When market still growing just like now (it's following bitcoin price actually), i wouldn't advice people to buy any altcoin/bitcoin since the price was increased too high (more than 30% for btc and around 30% to altcoins).
It's more appropriate if you wait a while and see how's market first, whether it will be going back down or steady on that price before decide to buy more

Which news directed you to this idea? Because there was only an increase in BTC in the market, and as the altcoins were affected by this increase, there was little movement. The increase in the prices of altcoins due to the increase in the price of BTC is not what you think. I do not think the altcoin season has started. Wait a bit more. If you bought in winter, you had the right time to sell and in the future there will surely be opportunity again.

And for what reason do you believe that, sir? There is virtually no indication right now that alts are going to rally hard. With BTC's significant spike in price, alts have actually declined significantly in comparison.

ETH has dropped below the 0.02 BTC psychological level yet again, LTC scaled back from 0.007 BTC to 0.0061. And these are the major players within the market, not even talking about smaller scale alts right now.

I think that big market caps will fare better this time round, compared to newly bloomed ICOs. Given the fact that regulations are tighter, and institutions can spot scam ICOs a mile away.

bitcoin makes a high pump guys, and that's unexpected. I think you are wrong, but you are also right. this is indeed an altcoin session, but a dump session. and you really have bought altcoin, because after bitcoin is stable, the altcoin increase session will start. but not for now. maybe 1 week ahead. when bitcoin already has a quiet price.

no it does not started yet . there is no crypto season on this year yet because the year that feel dont really differ from the last year.  im saying that the market is still in a bad shape but you dont mess with your feelings because there is a good chance that what you feel can occur . go ahead and bag some alts now but i also recomend to bag some btc  . expect to harverst your gains soon

There is actually a very clear sign that altcoin season may start at any time, and we can see from the present increase that made the market to generally go on green lane, though this increase was actually because of the increase that we saw in bitcoin from about $7500 to $9700 suddenly, but what still made me feel that it is sign of bull run is because altcoins don’t usually react to the increase of bitcoin generally.

Most coins that usually react to the increase are still coins that are within the top altcoins, but this time around, majority of them actually surge in price also along with the bitcoin, which sent some signals to me that we might be about getting into bull run, and another thing that made me feel so is that most altcoins have now bottomed.

As far as the market is concern I bet not, as majority of it fell to 90% from ICO price you can already conclude that its far from recovery. But don't lose hope and grip it may come like a shock, I am also optimistic not only on Bitcoin but also on other cryptocurrencies as well. Building a good company takes years or decades, not days and months.

Alts almost dead, so it's not going to wake up earlier. I had not see that kind of bad situation regarding alts after join with crypto-currency. Yea, you may buy before winter since there is no possibility to bump within couple if months. You may take your time, and manage fund. Although I am not hopeless, but alts holders are spending very hard time. Even me, my portfolio dump more than 8X but still holding. So this is season of buy altcoin, on the other hand you can say alt season. Because seasonal fruits or vegetables found cheap on every country. Since alts are cheap we are on alt season.
