This will only be a waste of time, I do agree that there are a lot of ways to earn, instead of wasting any of your time and effort in a faucet, do other things which are way better and the payment is worth it, it is the best of choice. There's a lot of options, bounty campaigns, trading, investing, etc.

Yes you are righr, why do we need to invest our time to those things that aren't worth our time? There are so many things to do do earn for your precious time not just only a cent you will earn, like these bounty campaigns you will earn here and this will not waste your time and effort you will be educated here too.

in my opinion it is not in vain, for example, you do 1 day bounty work for several threads, and some time to get results with a small percentage on a site. I think the work can still be done, which makes people speak unfavorably because of repetitive activities with little results.

for some bounties yes because not all are not paying but what if you accidentally join an unpaying one  ? not only time your going to waste bu also your patience as well because bounties are known to end for about 4 to 5 months  .  if thats the case then id rather do faucet because atleast there are many legit faucets today and they are more easier to do but you can also earn big on  them because faucets are not just giving cents but most faucet now have a twist like they have a gambling and other promotion to increase your winnings  .

When it comes to Bitcoin, I don't see it as time wastage.
 5 cent worth of Btc might seem small, but accumulate it over a long period of time and see the magic

I would do this if there was a referral system. I would then claim myself for a while just for the extra few bucks but most would be made from spreading the news and gaining referrals. YOu could easily make a few extra bucks a day. If you tried and put effort into it you could be making tens of $$ per day. Imagine if there were more websites like this like 10? Then even on your own it's half a buck a day. With referrals, it will be insane and can replace your actually replace a full-time job.

No. I cannot find any reason to waste my time for a single centavo. It is better for me to spend time on my work or if I have a free time I just spend it relaxing or i'll do any activities to entertain myself. I remember years ago when faucets and sites are so popular. It generate few satoshis in few clicks or they ask you to do simple tasks. But now I cannot find anyone doing it anymore.

faucet sites if they do not use advertising they will not be able to survive long, their income from advertising is used to deposit funds for the faucet. but sometimes excessive advertising makes people bored to do it, so if there is a faucet player you should keep a faucet that has a lot of ads

so yes I think most of bitcoiner will lost a bit of time for 5 cents.
I have just some doubts about an abuse of that system. It would be easier simulate hundreds of people and abuse the system... even with a low payment amount like just 5 cents!

No strings attached, no deposit required. You go to the website, push a button and 5 cents is deposited into your wallet. Would you go every day and do it, or is it not worth your time?

If there are no strings attached just as you have said, I think it will be worth my time as long as I am not required to enter in sensitive details that can lead to bridge in my funds security. For Bitcoin, its always worth my time and energy as long as it is legit. I will  visit that website and get my cool 5 cents daily

To answer your question probably not. It would be worth more then 5 cents to me to login to my wallet. Copy/paste my address. If you are trying to work out some type of bounty or marketing. Set a goal like Im only sending up to .005 total and give .0001 (roughly 80 cents) per like, share, or repost. .0001s will gain attention and believers of bitcoin will not mind spending 5 minutes of their time for roughly $1 in bitcoin!

If they make $1 for 5 minutes and they do it 12 times an hour they could make $12 an hour. That is quite reasonable for anyone trying to make an extra buck!

From small things greatness comes.   Bitcoin will always be about the smallest bits and handled by the smallest parties in an economy, if we lose that element I really think its part in modern capitalism developing will falter and some other product will take over.   The question on the 5 cents is really not the amount but the context and frame behind people gaining.   People go to great effort at times for tiny amounts, games are based around fighting over almost nothing so I cant see why 5 cents isnt enough for people to store it as a token if getting it in their ownership wasnt completely mind numbing.   If they have to watch 15 minutes of adverts to get 5 cents then I guess people would not, they'd have be some pretty entertaining adverts but again that aint impossible just improbable.

I'm not about the time, it's the patience that you'll need to be able to excert just to earn a few cents. You'll need hundred clicks to earn 1 dollar. Depending on your Internet connection, it can take you more than 5 minutes to accomplish that. It may work for other people but I think majority of us won't last long with that kind of task. I know I won't. There are a lot more way to earn btc that'll be worth your while.

sometimes, people are quite curious about produce bitcoin. so, they will do that even though the pay is very small. as proof, so many people even do KYC on airdrops or do other jobs just to get a few cents. some people also raise capital from this method, so I'm sure some people want to do it.

If it is like faucet, and not too long interval between each click, i think it can be worth. But i have faucet before, and get attacked by bots. For now, people will do anything to get money free and instantly, and for faucet which actually look simple, but manage the finance behind it a little stressfull sometimes. But for the users, usually it is worth and out there people still look for good faucets.

Anyone who understand the mechanism and concept of Bitcoin will never regard a 5 cent worth of Bitcoin now as a waste of time because Bitcoin is one rare gem that is capable of spiking in the near future as its adoption increases. Now the world is turning into digital currency and Bitcoin is going to spearhead this movement.
