I would do it if I felt that the website was trustfull... but this is only because we are speaking about BTC ... a lot of people will laugh about the amount now, like some did laugh a few years ago when faucets gave huge amounts of satoshi that were almost worthless...
BTC has a great future, so 5c now might be $5 in a few years

Only click a button, without any malicious intentions?
For 0.10 cents ok, but 0.5 cents NO

Nothing is free, I have to click everyday, ok, but if you don't pay a reasonable amount, people will lose interest, because at the end of a month, it's just a few dollars

I am doing market research for a potential project.
If there was a website you could go to daily where you would earn anywhere from 1 cent - 10 cents worth of bitcoin just for clicking a button, would you do it?
No strings attached, no deposit required. You go to the website, push a button and 5 cents is deposited into your wallet. Would you go every day and do it, or is it not worth your time?
[/quote
Of course! Why not?!As long as it doesn't have any hidden aganda and malicious software packed with it, I'm good. People are looking for bounty projects where they could earn and profit. Also as long as the payment is guaranteed people will surely do it for.they can't find 5 cents staring at a wall. You'll just be needing to earn their trust and convince them to use your app because people are being too cautious.

People are already doing it. Tens of Thousands of them every day. It is called a faucet ^^
Kidding aside how can someone payout this amount for one click? Is it an airdrop?

I really wish this OP would share this with us since I am not so curious!! Share it with us what is wrong with you? If it is a ref link then let us pm you or you pm us. PM ME PLEASE!! I want the link.

If it were 5-10 cents per click then the majority of Americans could make more money on your site then their jobs.
$15 per hour is less than half a cent per second.
So most people would make 10 to 100 times what they make in their job, simply for clicking buttons.

Would I use a faucet riddled with crappy adds and malware and waste an hour of my time to get 5 cents of bitcoin?
No.

Syscoin has the best of Bitcoin and Ethereum in one place, it's merge mined with Bitcoin so it is plugged into Bitcoin's ecosystem and takes full advantage of it's POW while rewarding Bitcoin miners with Syscoin

Many people are still doing this faucet thing. And if you will start a business that have the same concept, you need to inform participants on how they will manage to pay the service. Since annoying ads are the reason that send people away from that kind of business, OP needs to have a good source of funding to develop other venue of resources to make sure that the participants will be able to earn the worth of their jobs.

When bitcoin was in it lower price in 2019...if you do a hard work you can get up to 1 bitcoin per day from faucets but unfortenetly many faucets claimers and i'am one of them wast folishly their bitcoins...because no one of us expect such a price exposion

But now faucets dont give a think at all and even if the price of bitcoin will hit 250k $...the actual faucets work will not give you more than 1$ daily

If there is no requirements for your project, just the wallet address where you will send then maybe there are some who will try it.

Your project is more likely a faucet with easier requirements, just to push a button. Although your project seems good (I think), I don't think that many people will spend their time just to earn a few cents.

Even if there will be people willing to do that, it won't take them long before they realize they are wasting their time and they will stop visiting your website sooner or later.
There should be something that will incentivize them like a referral program or a weekly bonus...

No strings attached, no deposit required. You go to the website, push a button and 5 cents is deposited into your wallet. Would you go every day and do it, or is it not worth your time?

You mean we can get just  $0.05 or satoshi worth of $0.05?
Yes this is small amount of money but if it has a potential to it will be $5 someday, then we may think.
Isn't that the Airdrop thing already?
He's talking about profiting 5 cents worth of bitcoin (or another cryptocurrency if he is smart enough to realise that coins like ripple and dogecoin are a lot more cost-efficient if you are running a faucet that allows users to withdraw their funds, doesn't include gambling faucets though), which might have the potential to go 100x time, but your doing work for a very small chance anything happens. I guess if you have free time you go for it?

Airdrops are different, they offer much higher rewards for completing fairly work-intensive tasks (sharing, retweeting, making posts/content/articles) and those rewards are much better compared to 5 cents for clicking a button - although they are usually paid in a speculative currency that is worth nothing unless the company actually succeeds.

5 cents a day would make about $18 a year. I mean, it's free crypto but ehh... You can make that amount in an hour by doing some proper jobs. I would probably forget about it after a week or two even if I started.

If you earn 0.10 usd a day mean for a week it is 0.7? It's cheap for me and it's not worth the waste of time. Because I do so much that I earn even more. But it also depends on whether there is time for it, And there are people who have to be patient here to earn it because it only takes a few minutes to finish.

We dont need to waste time on that kind of joke, 0.7 a week for how to use in this kind of amount. And that's true it was cheap for us must better to find way on how to earn big just like trading or work from services like creating some arts or anything that pay us a high amount of btc. Being patience is the way to earn more big even do it will take to long wait but it was worth if we have that patience.

Will be not waste my time with access to your website? I think earn with 0.1 to 0.5 cent too low with our earning today, maybe you can give website to access you give us correct link or not, I think if easy to earn 0.1 until 0.5 cent in once access I will check first with your project and looking is good or not about your website.

sounds like a faucet(link: bitcoin faucet in case you didn't know). most faucets today gives too little to even bother yourself claiming it.
yes, it would just be a waste of my time. maybe a few people mostly beginners would probably be interested but I'm sure as time passes
they will eventually ignore it. also, most gambling site has a faucet feature to keep their gamblers engage even if they don't deposit to their
website. I just mentioned it just in case you are thinking of making a gambling site for your potential project.

To all those saying "it's cheap", "waste of time" etc., I suggest to read carefully this reply to the OP's question:

If this question had been asked 9 years ago, the answers would probably have been the same as today. The reason I mentioned 9 years is because at that time someone offered a reward of 5 Bitcoins just for click one button (solving captcha), and at that time price of Bitcoin was only $0.008 to $0.08.

For all those who were wasting their time at the time, we can say that every claim at one point was actually worth $100 000 (December 2017). Who can say that 10 cents worth of Bitcoin you claim today will not be worth 100 or 1000 times more in 10 years?

Do you think I'm talking fairy tales? See the links below.

If it were 5 cents in USD paid to your VISA CC, it would be not worth bothering. But you never know what your satoshis can be turned into in several years.
