Why Altcoin has not been priced where Bitcoin Stable has been in the same place for a long time.

because altcoin still doesn't have potential. just look at the speculation about altcoin at this time to discuss more about whether altcoin can survive or not. there is nothing to discuss about the possibility of altcoin coins going up.
from here we can only conclude that many people are pessimistic about the rise in altcoin. so this is why even when bitcoin stabilizes altcoin only goes up a few percent.

They aren't disappointing at all, they always have their moments unlike bitcoin that usually grows in years, altcoins grows always takes time but when the time comes altcoins brings the best ROI, to be a altcoin holder one needs lots of patience

Its not disaappointing rather its time to accumulate all your favorite coins while they are cheap cause once altseason started you will buy them in a higher price.
