But we can see from the preparation of the project, team, vision and mission, website and others that indicate that the project is serious and legit to follow the bounty.

There are still legit projects out there but the problem is, will they have a value after the bounty program is over? If they can't reach their financial goals, high chance that their project will be shelved. So they will not hit in the market and so with the bounty rewards. It is truly hard nowadays to find good projects that will pay you afterwards with fair value in the market. So it is advisable to join bounty programs that are paying in btc or eth even if they are not paying with your standards.

Yes the idea of receiving payment in BTC/ETH is good but the question is how many projects out there are willing to do this? Hiting their financial target only help to accomplished missions on time but the price I think its strictly rely on the quality of products and how its usages are advantageous in the blockchain industry and round the globe. That will drive the demand higher and leads to price increase and profits.

No one can guarantee you that the project you are promoting will be successful, there are many sites that have been involved in bounty campaigns for several years, but even they cannot give a 100% guarantee.

altcoin bounty currently many scams even fail because ICO which can usually provide bounty campaigns has been defeated by the IEO method that can raise funds very quickly without the help of bounty campaigns anymore, because actually the bounty campaign is only tasked to spread information that there are new projects and has the aim to trigger investors to buy and participate in ICOs that are promoted.

There is no guarantee that the project you are promoting or wish to promote will be successful or not, even great looking projects with good teams can't  be 100% trusted, all you have to do is not rely on a single project, promote many as you can and hopefully one or two will be a success

Are you looking for legit bounties or hoping to work with a project for fixed pay (from your last sentence) ? There are some legit bounties hosted here on bounties section, you should do proper due diligence anyway before doing any. For community management and other stuff you claim to be good at, why not chat the admin of some verified projects maybe on telegram and you might be lucky.

You should be active in the bounty section for what you are looking for. Even if most bounty is not scam, the reward given is worthless. Therefore, the listed ones are better in every matter. Bounties like this are not always available, that is why you should always be active to find them. There are even those who pay fix USD. Consider the time you have lost so far as the experience gained and try to be more careful.

Legit bounties campaign looking with how many follower with their social media like twitter, Facebook, instagram and telegram channel, if you find with bounty campaign but less follower under one hundred better never joining their bounty campaign maybe is not legit, you can join bounty campaign have worth with sold out coin and have transparent about how much coin sold to public or investor.

There is only one legit altcoin bounty in a hundred right now. That is the truth. yes it has been a public secret that the projects created lately is just for the sake of money grabbing from random investors which means the altcoin bounty itself is nowhere but ended scam at once.

i see there is a lot of projects that actually looks like one man job project raising hundreds even millions dollar fund because of the bitcointalk successfull campaign, the actual is that they have no team working on it, no real product and nothing as result let everyone down, stupid scammer.
there is a bounty manager who holding an important role to prevent these scam project spreading around the forum.
they should have a procedure to select which one deserve to manage and which one is garbage.
maybe we have seen it done by a bounty manager like lauda and hhampuzz , my respect for both for the effort.
