I have a good friend who is installing solar panels in California. He is a simple installer. When he talked about the business model of his company, I was already choked with how simple and ingenious everything is. The number of panels is calculated for 100% of electricity consumption, i.e. from external networks, the house becomes independent.
but the equipment is super expensive!!!!
Yes, the equipment is quite expensive. But. The bank absolutely calmly issues a loan secured by the equipment. The monthly payment for the client to the bank, taking into account interest, is significantly lower than its previous utility bills for electricity.
what about warranty for equipment?

I don’t remember exactly, but I was struck by the figure - they give 10 or 20 years. During the guarantee period, the client fully repays the debt to the bank.

Oh yes, I’ll add for clarity — why else does this model work so well — the cost of an outlet in the states (of electricity) is incomparably higher than ours, and therefore they do not seem to pay the loan payments/cost of this equipment as large as they seem to us (in Mongolia).

I don’t understand why everyone is so afraid of laying the connection between production and the blockchain?

We’ve been trying for a year to resolve this issue, so that it’s honest and without fraud, until it really works out, there seems to be a strong opinion about the complete incompatibility of these two areas, and we are trying to solve the problem of decoupling the concept of token and stock, because they really not compatible.

on the one hand, this is so, blockchain is a figure, and material is tangible, on the other hand, they are responsible for the creation and development of new technologies, it seems together it could become a powerful engine for decentralization of the population from the established rule of law, self-conceiving and greedy.

Recently, they are trying to fasten the blockchain wherever they fall. Why huh? To cut money?

Regarding the laying of the connection between production and the blockchain. You definitely do not confuse the terms blockchain and cryptocurrency?

I can understand the use of blockchain in medicine (as discussed in the next branch), an attempt to tie it to the elections for transparency and depriving them of the ability to manipulate. In finance. Everywhere where you need to store data and really the whole chain.

I explain in a nutshell because the topic is vast and controversial. That's the whole point, that they are trying to fasten it and, as practice shows, it does not end with anything good, no one is being led to this because they don’t understand why.

The question is not about perpetuating the released part, but about the activity of production created by collecting funds for it through ICO, so that the investor who went into the project for a long term, and not just cut the dough, as you say, on the next possible hype, where and how much money/tokens are spinning, how many products are released, how many are sold, what dividends he can calculate ing into the end of the fiscal year.

In other words, activity and production should work under the auspices of the blockchain, i.e. purchases and sales should go through an internal non-volatile token and no fiat payments and price tags, you need it, came in, purchased the necessary number of tokens and immediately paid for the purchase, all this happens not through a swift, but through a blockchain. In general, who understood what it was about, he understood.

In general, the idea is sound. If you really release a demanded product and sell it only for your token, then it (token) should, in theory, constantly grow. And initial investors will see the real results of their investments provided by a real physical product. But. Regarding non-volatility. The cryptocurrency market itself is highly prone to leaps and indigenous/panic moods.

Indeed. someone wanted to sharply cash $1 billion in cue ball, it doesn’t matter for what reason - close annual reports, pay off partners, buy a cocaine tanker at a Christmas sale, but only for cash, the mass cue ball flew down. And behind it with the engine all the alts, including and your token. And, even if you release a revolutionary cancer vaccine, the capitalization of your production will storm back and forth very much.

but you do not provide virtual services - you have physically fixed assets, equipment, materials or ingredients, a live turnover in fiat, etc.

if you know a way to achieve non-volatility for your production token, share it. This is me without sarcasm. I'm really curious.
