the main problem with the PVP platforms like this - lack of gamblers
without a faucet or constant promotions and giveaways for the newbies to try the platform , it is going to look deserted
this is a cross between binary option and PVP betting , the concept is allright , but 5% HE is definitely not attractive for me
the majority of the gamblers are spoilt by 0.8-1% house edges and fast and simple dice games that are resolved instantly without the need to wait for your bet to get accepted

I'm interested to look into your site because of the "wagering contest" on this thread's title. I thought it is something great because a new site usually offers something attractive but I was wrong as your wagering contest is not attractive since the prizes depends on how much is being wagered by players. I would say that it is like a cashback instead of wagering contest. I think you need to offer fixed prize from your own pocket for the wagering contest, at least as a promotion for your launch so users will be more interested to grab the prize by playing as much as possible.

I think it's just like an options trading, you just need to put your bet and choice where the price it's going will be "Up or "Down with some interval times. The difference they make a pool for the prize, it's better using an option platform trading you can get profit with around 75-85% from the amount you bet also you also get a feature tools trading to predict the price.

It's kinda scared for me, if they manipulated the movement/graphic price of bitcoin on their platform. However you should make a "proof of fairness" for your betting history, since everyone don't knows how to verify the fairness of the prize movement on your platform.

Yeah, I also see this but I think the website already looks great a lot of information was missing on the website. Your percentage winning all depend how much you put the money on the poll also how many players join the bet, i know these because i already used their platform using a fund promotion. Since there still don't have a huge player at the platform, you can be winning all the pots if the bet option only your self to bet on that option. I also got lucky, win 20k sat with only 10k sat since only my bet on that option and that 2 players lose a bet with me.

it is perfectly correct , the comparison is off since the same can be applied to dice:
you can bet 0.0001 to win 0.003 btc , all you have to do is risk it with a 30x multiplier and you will have a 1% HE
with the PVP site you risk same 10k satoshi to get 300k , the chances of you hitting that should be around 3.33% but you will pay a 5% HE instead
as for the marketing , I completely agree ,this is what makes or breaks the new sites
a badly chosen or run campaign could hamper the progress or even close the site , the gamblers are choosy and are not going to simply flock to a new site to try it out

Both are indeed good for the site, but I'm talking in the side as a player. I would never tried deposit bonus if the wagering requirement is too high, no matter if there is an advantage like what you think but for me deposit bonus is something that makes player get more -EV compared wagering contest.
In wagering contest, player can stop anytime they want especially if players are getting profit already. It does not apply with deposit bonus where we cant stop anytime as we have to complete the wagering requirement in order to withdraw money.

I think this isn't very big issue for new platform. It would take time to introduce their platform to gamblers since its totally new. That's only one disadvantage for peer to peer betting platform. Also there is matter of time zone, worldwide gamblers won't active at once. However, I think it will solved within month or more. When more and more gamblers will registered there someone always will be other end. Anyway, platform seems good to me. Let's see react of gamblers.

I think so When I was playing at their peer to peer platform I was on the time that many players are active that time, I think it is the time where many players who got from their sign up bonus is playing, After some time I stop on playing and decide to play after I got a rest, Players are showed online but there are aren't not many people playing so the rounds tend to decline each time. I think it is the main issue for me. This kind of gambling site needs to have better traffic from players to avoid decline in rounds continuously that avoids people to play in this kind of system.

For me this idea is good, p2p battle is what I enjoyed most, I think administrators need more promotions or some kind of campaign to promote this gambling site here and attract more people in playing.
