It's not even really required (AFAIK), but sending from the original (first) email should give you the best odds of getting it back

recoveries...@bitcointalk.org, ideally from the account's email address. Include your username and a brief description of the details of how/when the account was hacked. A signature will likely be required (see below).

That is what I did the email that was on account at the time emailed from but admin has said the following.

The email Isent from was the one that I got an email on saying account email changed from ip and to email i also got a link in it
Your Bitcoin Forum (bitcointalk.org) email address was just changed from to by IP address . If you did not do this, then you can visit the following link within 14 days in order to lock the account:
I followed the link so am presuming that account is now locked and I also did email from that email address where I got that email from bitcointalk so I dont get how they are refusing it
