Ethereum's price is reallt not raising, that is why i started to convert most of my holdings in ethereum into XRP because XRP's price is a little stable and it continues to increase even it is in a small price. If you bought your ETH at expensive price the best thing thing to do is to wait since if you sell at the dump price the you provably lost your hard earned money but if you can withstand and play with volatility you can cut lose and buy again at cheap rate since for sure when it pumps you can earn more money with it since the volume you accumulate when price is cheap increased.

I think it is normal for ETH to be dull because the market right now is dull. It is anticlimatic because I thought this last quarter will be alt season. But it is early to say anything because news like what China said had a great impact in the mood of the market. there are many reasons why that happens, but the main thing is because the ICO hype is over. many people have started to stop investing in new projects. and another reason is because there are already many Dapps platforms today such as Tron, ADA, EOS, Waves, Stellar, and others. this is what makes the interest in ethereum has begun to fall. plus the ethereum platform is now quite obsolete compared to its competitors, many are disappointed to date ethereum has not adopted POS and the scalability problem also has not found a solution.

See the whole market is down from the last two years and now there are some growth signs in the charts as price are rising once again and ETH will also show growth in prices slowly and once again the prices will cross $200 soon and after that they will reach ATH next year in 2020.So be positove for its growth as it has potential and technology to attract more investors.

Ethereum still has some shortcomings where ethereum is still slow in transaction processing speed compared to using a centralized server. I dont know whether investors use this as a factor behind the difficulty of raising prices above $300 now. But if you look at current market conditions, ethereum will rise if bitcoin is stable at $10,000.
I dont think the market is currently in a bad condition, because the market continues to fluctuate all the time and also the volatility of ethereum prices is also not too high at the moment.
