Ok I bought a DL580 Which is a 4 cpu server, which has 80 threads. But I have never set a multi cpu rig to mine. Can I use windows with 4 CPU's? And what is the most profitable program to use? I was looking at using Nicehash's os. Again I have no idea on which way to go with this. So any help would be great. Thanks everyone!!!

I have seen people use Windows with a multi-CPU system to mine XMR. Check this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHuqoXwdej4
Give it a try for a four CPU server system.
I'll recommend using Windows 10 LTSC variant as it will be much more stable and fewer feature updates which are not useful for mining anyway.
Also, after the OS is installed and all four CPUs are working fine, try mining Loki.
It'll provide you with the baseline on what to expect for hashrate and power consumption.

Windows OS is fine and more flexibility so that you can mine other coins if ever Random X is not profitable anymore.

If you going to mine on nicehash what you mine there will automatically convert to BTC. So if you are planning to mine XMR don't use this software to mine with Random X.

Use this SRBminer https://github.com/doktor83/SRBMiner-Multi/releases
This is the only one that I know supports multi mining with RandomX algo.
You can check their officia thread from here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5190081.0

Some sample there will guide you to set up yours and use Windows OS.
