He is not getting miners straight from Bitmain and any other Chinese reseller will mark price of the miner what ever you say.I usually ask to mark them as $300-$500 worth

I got a shipment of S15's this way but I believe you have to buy a "bulk" order to get them from there. I'm guessing it's only certain models that they are making in that plant. It's fairly new so I suspect the capacity is somewhat limited.
