The best thing I'll tell you is to buy more BTC and hold for a long term, try and increase the amount of BTC you're holding, I wouldn't advice you to invest in any ICO or IEO or Altcoin. they'll probably scam you and you'll lose money.

IEO investment won't be much profitable with this amount of money. I don't think OP can invest in Binance IEO with less than 400 USD! Because to be eligible for Binance IEO, participants need to hold more than 1000 USD worth BNB coin. But I agree with you that OP can stay on Bitcoin and Ethereum where they are the best investment in crypto. It seems OP wants to invest in an altcoin to make a quick profit, for that LINK, Cosmos, DX, APL coins.

The choice is still yours to make, if you want to earn profits from IEO chose no other exchanges than binance and gate but if you are not confident enough you can chose from top 20 altcoins, i can't recommend new altcoins because they are too risky

The era of ICOs is over and very few people want to invest in an ICO now. IEO is a little better, but I don't see any IEO currently worthy of a long-term investment, if you want to invest in IEO it's best to invest in the short term.
In my opinion you should invest in one of the top 20 largest currencies on the market. LTC BNB ETH are potential coins.

40% buy BTC
20% buy ETH
20% buy BNB
20% buy LTC.
