I have little amount in bitcoin $279 and Ethereum $72, so where i can invest now? IEO/ICO or old coins in CMC?

If you want give me suggest for IEO then you can explain, which exchange best for a successful IEO.
Basically ICO no have good position now this time, so another chance making profitable for OLD coins?

You should not ask for suggestion in investment, especially in crypto market where most of the projects is only for "pump&dump" purpose. Besides, you better forget about IEO/ICO since it is only a short-term trend, IEO is dead recently , ICO was dead for a long time. Instead of finding advise, you should learn more about potential coins no matter it is from ICO, IEO or old coins and HOLD through this bad period. I think this time is also the best time to accumulate coins that have big potential in the future since all of them seemingly are at the bottom.

Am personally done investing in IEO's and ICO's and won't advise anyone to invest because I don't see any incremental potential for investment now considering the nature of the market. It feels like every coin is dropping systematically and there doesn't seem to be a certainty that the IEO or ICO projects won't drop.

When I see the market of icos and the lack of activity in it, it seems that most people have adopted that same posture and I include myself among those people, it is simply ridiculous that we have thousands of coins and yet almost 70% of all the money invested in the market is invested in bitcoin, and this can only be explained by the lack of quality that we see in all of those coins, when I see just some of the names of those coins the first thing that comes to my mind is, what kind of investor is going to put his money in such a coin? But it seems that no one is doing it which is a good thing.

Bitcoin in other major coins/altcoins have drastically declined perhaps because of holidays season and it is the chance to take the opportunity to invest in established coin. You can never see ICO coins have gone successfull in recent months and as well as in IEO so I suggest to stick with bitcoin or alts, most espically XRP. Yeah last year prices of bitcoin and other altcoins was very low so we will not have to spend too high this time. Bitcoin now a day is super best coin to buy and we will not have to spend too much for this as it’s low price. It's cheap but not so cheap for the small holders. you don't know what's the current fundamental of ethereum and that means you can't afford to invest in ethereum with your small money.
It's better to look at another small coin. you must play on the quantity over the quality when you are having small amounts of money.

Some IEOs and IEO platform has been more successful than others. And IEO is still a good option for investment than put your coins to get a 6% per annum interest.

Some IEOs and IEO platform has been more successful than others. And IEO is still a good option for investment than put your coins to get a 6% per annum interest.

If you will successfully pick the right project then I agree that it's much better than taking the risk of gaining additional 6% per annum for staking. It's will going to depend from how good you select the project to support and invest your money.  There's no guarantee aside from your own instinct after learning how the project will proceed and what are the potentials that it will succeed.

But it also can be cheaper because the coin isn't capped so there can be 2x as much ETH in future and the price will have to adjust for it.

Maybe you should try NRG? Its a very interesting project. Whatever you choose I'd first buy Bitcoin and if you already have it try some PoS coins.

The state of the market is not really looking good right now, so investing in any coin now may not be a good idea but incase if my get better you can look at the side of coinbene exchange for IEO, Binance is also a good exchange for IEO if you can be fast enough.

But that amount isnt enough to join in Binance IEO. Binance IEO needs more than that money to buy BNB as a term to join IEO
as far i know, need at least 1500$ to buy some BNB then hold that BNB
But for buying IEO coin itself just need $ 30 - $ 50, yeah it is very weird

Xrp , eth in my opinion is good to invest small amount in. Unfortunately I can tell you to invest in IEO it might not turn out good. A well known and existed project and top projects isn't a bad idea to invest. The choice is yours to make.
