This is difficult to find good ICO/IEO, you can't predict what happen about the project in the future. Better you hold your btc and eth on your wallet. This is very good because btc Will halving in this year and i think the price of btc raise up.

If you want to invest in IEO, I think it's better to invest in large exchangers like Binance, Okex, or Huobi. Small exchanger is currently holding a lot of IEO but in my opinion not many successful and many investors who suffered losses after the initial listing

Well I guess a well establish coin must have high price so we need more money to buy it but bitcoin is best choice according to me. Right now bitcoin is not at high price and we can afford it easily so better buy some bitcoins store them and one more thing, buying at low price will need more time to hold because you buy low price then wait as long as it require for recover of that coin, never be greedy about your investment.

With small amount of capital like $279, in order to maximize your investment profit margins, you should rather invest in Altcoins with market value less than $1. Also depending on your investment plans (either long term or short term or daily trading), your choose of crypto coin really matters in terms of profit margins...

I won't suggest you to invest any IEO/ICO or any old Coin. Bitcoin surged from 3.2k USD to 13.2k but which old coin actually pumped well? New coin did good there because we don't know how much demand of any new good coin. To stay safe Binance IEO is good this time, although one coin dumped well in Binance exchange.

I think the safe choice for current market conditions is to keep Bitcoin. The current condition of altcoin is not good and many IEO or ICO prices have fallen after the initial listing on the exchanger. Maybe IEO can be an alternative but it should be used as a short-term investment.

I would suggest a few things and my personal opinion on it for you so that you can take some good decision on your own,

1. Buying BTC or ETH - You already have some exposure investing in it.
2. Altcoins - It's always risky to invest in ALts even if you choose to, consider investing within the top 30 or even within the top 50 don't go beyond that.
3. ICO - No the craze has gone and nowadays the good projects are launching from the good exchanges as IEO. Finding the good projects from the ICO space is extremely difficult.
4. IEO - It will be a good way if you choose to invest in the new projects. Don't go beyond the top exchanges IEOs. Consider Binance, OKEX, Huobi or GATE at max. But personally I would suggest only Binance but most of those IEOs require the users to hold their exchange coins to get into the IEO. I don't think you have enough initial amount to buy these exchange coins to increase your chances to get into IEOs.

But for $ 300, I think you can't participate in any big exchange IEO because their rules are tough and you need a lot of money to meet those rules. i personally agree with convert that to LTC or DASH because last day i observe these coins and really these coins increase high price. another options are same good is stay hold your bitcoin, sell your ethereum and buy to bitcoin. because i observe ethereum for these few days no increase price as good. honestly i am dissappointed with ethereum

This is not true, if you do not have enough knowledge to trade the markets then the best course of action that you can take is to do nothing, you should not trade the markets in that instance, because if you lose that money you're not going to learn anything out of it because you do not have the knowledge to do that, it is better to take your time and learn how to trade without risking any money and once you're ready then you can start with a small amount of money to gain experience.

I agree but I also believe that "hodl" is a meme. Trading takes some effort to learn but it's not truly hard to get the hang off. One thing I would be worried about is the manipulation in the market, its rampant.

That is definitely the hardest thing to get used to in this market, there is no doubt that the market is being manipulated and even big coins are affected by it and this is a huge problem, and we can clearly see an example of this with what's happening at the moment with many altcoins that have being going up in value in such a fast way that it is going to be impossible for those coins to maintain that value for long and yet there are many people that are still buying them believing that this is an altcoin season when it seems obvious that it is not.

Yes, ETH is not dead, it is taking time because the market is waiting for the developments after many ICO failures companies sold their ETH coins in the market which the value of ETH coin decreased it's the price a lot. Once we see the development release, we might see many investors start investing in ETH again.

I think the suggestion for all in to ETH is not the right thing because it is too risky if bitcoin goes up and ETH is declining better if invested in BTC or into other altcoins that have the potential for medium or long term investment.

You can invest in ICO, IEO or STO if you wish. But one thing to consider is you can do it if you are sure enough that the project you are investing in is legit and good enough. Otherwise, I suggest that you can invest in BTC and ethereum. You can increase your investment in BTC and ETH. BTC is most profitable coin so far.

Don't exchange BTC and ETH that you have just to participate in IEO because most of them will make it when listing. The money you place on BTC and ETH is also an investment, hold both for the long term

It depends on which plan you want between a potential altcoin or a stable growth of Bitcoin. If the cryptocurrency market has a bullish trending clearly, I also will recommend others buying Ethereum as soon as possible. ETH has more chances to raise its value, and ROI will be better than so much Bitcoin.
