Longest Break You Have On Not Gambling

Taking a break during the vacation days. I don't take a break for a month so I think a week or two would be the longest that I can remember since when I've started to gamble with cryptocurrencies.

But if not with crypto gambling. It's like the usual gambling old days, I think the longest would be a year since I've took a break when I'm very active in visiting local gambling places, not the typical casino but like a residence gambling place.

I do love playing at my spare time, but I'm not that fully hooked in gambling that I cannot go on a day without gambling, the longest I have taken a break from gambling was over a year when I worked abroad and worked on a country where gambling is taboo, but anything I can always take a break from gambling.

the longest time I break from gambling was around 2 years, it happened in early 2017. at that time I was enjoying all the money from bitcoin where the price of bitcoin was soaring (go on vacation and build a new home.) and back to gambling again in 2019 now. This means that I repeat again from the beginning collecting bitcoin, who knows in 2020 I can stop gambling

My longest was 5 months I'm not really into gambling only from time to time I can go without gambling for the whole month but as a way to entertain myself from my online and offline business I gamble 1 to 2 hours daily, it's a good way to refresh your mind as long as you only gamble what you can afford to lose.

It's hard to take a break from gambling if it's become a habit, what's your Longest Break You Have On Not Gambling, in my case my longest days of break from gambling is 30 days when I take a vacation from a place when there are no casinos, and no internet connection.

i managed to take a 6 months break when my parent learn my gambling habit and warned me that they bring me to the province if i dont stop gambling since i am almost addicted that time.

luckily it was wayback when i was teenager and i managed to control my emotion and lust towards gambling,and that same time i realized that i have no future with this and start using gambling as a fun time and not that serious profit provider

Atleast you know and you know when to stop, you'll get to used of not playing it when you focus on other things. Im not a gambler addict since I know how hard it is to be addicted on something. It's frustrating when you need to stop and not play it.

The longest time I take a break on gambling is 11 months, thats the time we take a family vacation to my partner's hometown. Its a place wherein there's no internet connection and the people are living simple, far from what we used to in the city.

Now I still gamble but im proud to say that I have self control since I know my limit and aware of the consequences if I abuse the trust of my family to me because of gambling.

^ You guys don't wait that it will eat your mine into gambling addiction, as long as possible just avoid it and just moderate to gamble and you will be fine. It takes time to cure gambling addict and sometimes this kind of illness will drag you down and lost everything. So, taking a break at any time is a sign that you are not yet gambling addiction. Let say that you can live without gambling or have a break whatever you want, you are in good health.

My longest break was 6 months almost. Its because of being busy at work. And im out of funds as well, wherein my income is not enough and only for my expenses ,reason i can't push my self to step back again   even i have enough vacant to play , it was financial crisis indeed that i experienced after playing gamble without control because of being addicted. TBH Until now i still traumatized because of that.  And i dont know why maybe I'm regretful in what i have done.  Lol lesson learned!

The longest break I can remember was two months but I always take a break when out of town, issues with money and business related issues that needs to be resolve, it's always ok to take a break and it's recommended by experts, because you will know if you are a chronic gambler or just gambling for entertainment, taking a break is a good parameters.

on what place was that ? usually vacation places have a casino and an internet hotspots includind on those places that are far away from the city or you can say that there is no casinos available but internet will always be available wherever we go as its verry important tool for comunication and doing business  but vacation should be away from the gadgets .

 it still reasonable that you cannot gamble because you are cheerising that litte time with your family and friend  .

I can't barely remember when was the last time I did have a long break because everywhere I go there are gambling games i see. But if you mean from stopping online casino maybe that was more than a year when I did visit my mother's place it was in the province. I can't barely find a place to login in a cafe but I don't like to gamble online in a public places, i prefer my room.

Very hard for me for me to have a break. Probably the longest I have is like a week or two and then go back again betting on boxing or going to a land based casino here.

But I won't consider my self addict though, just having some fun on those bets and if I lose, I can totally sleep with it.

At work, gambling icons are installed on the monitor. The same thing, when I’m not at the monitor, there’s always a smartphone nearby. Therefore, it is very difficult to miss even 1 game day.

One of my most extended break in gambling is taking a half a month because I take some rest and take a break for playing after I received a losing streak, in my mind, I think I need to take a break for a moment to refresh my self. It has a significant impact on me because i didn't play for a long time, and there is no update on what is happening when I'm gone.

As long as you can limit the amount you wager every day, I don't think you really need to take a break especially if you are having fun while playing. If gambling wasn't fun, you wouldn't do it in the first place so why take break? Life is too short. Just enjoy your time.

That was good too that you have still control your decisions when you are playing and also just limiting your wages to enjoy the game. Some of us stop playing for a moment and take a break, but some of them are immediately back because of missing the enjoyment. I never loved playing gambling at my spare times during my day off, it was just a waste of time and money, due to low probability of winning. We can do some enjoyable and fun things without a prescence of gambling, though strolling with friends or hanging out with your family. To reduce the risk of lossing money, gambling thing should be minimize and should be done occasionally.

It just happens in me before I’ve once addicted to gambling. I cannot control my addiction and urges to play all day long even I lose a big amount of money. The same experience the hunger to bet the game but when all of my money was lose it came on me to stop and need to have self-control to overcome the addiction on gambling. To sum up for about five months of the longest break before I decided to stop. So this year I really stop into play in gambling.

Gambling is not my habit so I do gamble if I want to gambling and it's not even done once in a week or in two week, usually only using feebitcoin for rolling and when there is free money that i can be used.
Gambling addict will always do gamble and looking for ways to gamble, nowdays there is no need to find a casino to gamble if there is an internet connection can do online gambling.

Longest I had was probably 8 months before I started playing dice again. I was busy finishing all my post-grad course works that I have had a time off in this forum and to the whole cryptoworld as well. When I came back, I felt the rush and urge to win, though this time I'm not a full-pledged degenerate and was able to control all my gambling habits. I do play casually from time to time just to feel the hype, especially in sports betting but not the same degree as before wherein I break the bank literally.
