I admitted that it is very hard because I almost feel that too. In my opinion, gambling addiction is not only about fun anymore because there's a deeper reason why someone is drowning from it. For me the real reason why it's very hard to get away from it is the greed of money (very obvious of course). Yeah where with this we should try to spend the minimum amount of money as in case of losing the money you will not be afraid of it and in case of winning you will be happy though. So I think 10 percent is enough to spend on gaming and keep others saved but never try to recover if once you gave a bad day in gambling as this way you will lose more and more.
