New projects are always there all the time and give new ideas, but now there are so many altcoins and I already have a lot of altcoins that I bought from IEO, waiting is the right time and if there are new projects that are better than the previous project, of course I will start do research on that project

I dont believed in youre point number 2. Old timer projects have way more than chance to bloom (I'm talking about the good ones not the scam shitcoins out there) New projects always focus on trading even with IEO, after that the investors will leave and find another one. But if you invest with, old projects like neo, bat, you can see them even 5 to 10 years from now.

The issue is knowing the "lowest prices" to buy altcoins, since most times we buy at dip and price still gets dipper, this happened to me when I bought DENT at 13 sats and price went down to 4 sats. It's best to accumulate in parts anyway, but I'm having my major holding (70%) in Bitcoin. Recently I bought more NPXS hoping for the best since the development so far is encouraging even though price is down.

indeed the price cannot be predicted. Knowing the low price of a coin cannot be done easily. especially if bitcoin prices are not stable. Maybe it will go down to 90%. Buying on a regular basis at each price can be an option, but you have to have enough funds to reach the lowest price. Target prices for you to buy beforehand and fund management to buy back when prices are very low.

I'll take second option, take it or leave it. I'm not interesting with the first option because risk that I can't handle. But I prefer to choose old altcoin because they already have track record and also customer. New is " hope " but not always success. Let me with the old and see you next year.

not now because the market is not stable whales trying to manipulate the market and try to buy BTC at a cheap price thats why whales spreading rumors and news to dump BTC but without an increase in BTC altcoins are still in bottom price.

I completely agree with you, since many are fixated on investing in top altcoins that will never make investors as profitable as before, you should look for the one that can show itself as the best in the next growing market in a bunch of bad projects, now it's time to look for such a project, because it can make a bunch of percent of its bottom and you will be lucky who will make a lot of money. As of right now bitcoin's price is really low and it even go under $7k and as i can see it has affected altcoins price which also have price decrease and indeed we should be patience and wait till we see altcoins increases in price.

There are some altcoins that are keeping up even thou the value of bitcoin is decreasing. And i can see that it is starting to recover but definitely it might go down again and it could take time to recovet maybe by the end of this month.

I will not say so. there are so much such a time like this back then, when all red red and red, then it just continued to dump.
so be careful when decide to buy. it's not all the time you have a chance, but most of the chances are so risky

well its really a good time to buy altcoin today but knowing which coin will survive in the next bull run is really hard
in my opinion, holding bitcoin today is much safer with a benefit of you gaining some profit because of incoming halving
investing in altcoin today have a high risk because it becomes hard to know which coin has the real value or have some potential
