We still dont know when the bloodbath will stop and when is the session of altcoins will be start. Every price dip is a good timing to buy altcoins but before you invest your money make sure to know the consequences and risk incase the scenario is not what you expected it to be. I know someone who have been holding his alts for a year already but he decided to sell at lost, he cant stand seeing the market downtrend movement for long time so he decided to quit.

Investing in alts are not easy you need have guts and a lot patience to be able to bear the roller coaster happening in crypto world.

to prepare halving, and ethereum 2.0, it seems like this is not the time to stop. if you are prepared for it, no problem in determining a new strategy. but the current condition is the chance or ticket before the crypto takes place. so, I think that for those who haven't accumulated their assets, or who want to add to it, this is their chance.

Thanks for that good advise, I'm done mate, I have been accumulating since last year's long bear market and even now I can still see some opportunity to accumulate, however, I am just wishing I have an unlimited funds to use in buying the altcoins that I like.

Clearly altcoins now are very cheap, we cannot deny that, and its potential to bounce back is big, that's coming from a real believer like me.

you say it right. if you don't manage to earn money, it is best to stop and think about what you are doing incorrectly. you need to look at your strategy from the other side and make adjustments in it.

I have experienced that many of altcoin dead after buying and just a few were increased, new coming altcoins are good and better than old altcoins but few altcoins are very good and giving good ROI, you can expect a good return from some old altcoins like DASH, NEO and ONT.

It's really hard to predict if which coins will grow after some time but the chance still alive once you got into the right timing. It's a risk that
investors needs to take after doing good research and be willing to hold and wait.

You must find a better strategy. Don't buy every drop. You should be able to see the best price to buy and determine the best time to sell. because the market situation is not so good you can trade in the short term and I think it will benefit even if only a little. at the very least it will minimize your risk of a deeper decline.

I like the fact that you are being optimistic, but most times if you are not careful, when you buy into coins thinking you bought the dip, the price falls further making you regret. Well, I think accumulating some very good coins gradually right now is not a bad idea, but I still maintain 70% of my portfolio in BTC and 30% altcoins.

The problem of buying altcoins when the price is still going down is that you do not know when these tendencies are going to stop, we know the market of cryptocurrencies can be completely unpredictable and a small correction in the price could be indicative of a large move and if that is what it happens you'll spend months or even years holding your coins just to the to recover your money and many investors are not really ready to do such a thing and that is why they fail when the hold their coins.

therefore a detailed study of the altcoin is needed. because if we go by then the possibility of altcoin will actually go down to become junk altcoin. but we can choose altcoin which is safer to invest, namely altcoin which is at the top of coinmarketcap, so that our risk is smaller

And this can only be done when an altcoin has been in the market for years and it has experimented different market conditions and it has proven that it can resist them, how many coins in the past gave good profits but as soon as the bear market appeared they just disappeared or have been giving losses ever since? Most altcoins I think, which means that you cannot really invest in them if what you are looking is to obtain long term profits which is what all investors should aim for.
