I also currently believe more to invest in the top 10 coins. and the last two weeks most of the altcoins have experienced increases following the rise of bitcoin. but today when bitcoin falls most of altcoin also goes down. and I think it would be a good opportunity to buy altcoin for investors who are late buying altcoin when the trend is down.

That is tje commom peoblem that an investor or a trader is always experiencing, I've solved that by picking the cryptocurrency or altcoin that has a huge market capitalization nand volume, those that are frequently traded by most of the people, because one other thing I'v nlticed is that, if we tend to sell our altcoin with profits, it takes a very long time for people to buy it if there is an insufficient traders who use the crypto you have. But, with good cryptos, you can just ride woth the whale and you'll surely have profits everytime you sell it.

if not, the price tends to down like this. you may get much lose when the price down bcz of low price

I dont think so. In 2017, the new alts flourished because the ICO was new and then the alts can be trusted a lot from investors. But after 2 years of operation, there have been more fraudulent projects than ever. So now that you can see that ICO projects seem to be dead at this stage, there are no more investors who want to invest in new projects. They are focusing capital on Bitcoin and top alts. Because some other coins that are not based on anything, but themselves are much safer in long term.
If btc is going to fall/break or whatever - a lot of alts are going to join it in journey down to the bottom.
