Hi,

Bit of an odd question, I am pretty new to mining but was wondering if server RAM could potentially be used to hash MTP? I have two servers with 256GB of RAM each. I have been using ccminer on my GPU and was pondering if it is feasible or if anyone knew of any application that can do it?

Cheers

No, you cannot.
RAM is not a component which can calculate hashes.
Even though it is a primary component of a computer system, the main purpose is to hold the data that is going to be executed by the CPU or the GPU  retrieved from the secondary device storage such as HDD.
You can use CPU, GPU, FPGA, ASIC to mine which has actual compute units.

What processor do you have on these servers?
It may be good to mine monero from next month after the hard fork to migrate to RandomX.
