No, you cannot. RAM is not a component which can calculate hashes. Even though it is a primary component of a computer system, the main purpose is to hold the data that is going to be executed by the CPU or the GPU retrieved from the secondary device storage such as HDD. You can use CPU, GPU, FPGA, ASIC to mine which has actual compute units.
