remitano have mt btc locked in their site

hi, i recently started using remitano. first i was skeptic with their service when they suddenly changed and said they wont be permiting huge withdrawals,
yesterday, i deposited some btc and it never refected in my account till today. when ever i contact the, they claim to be doing updates. its close to 2 days now and they keep saying the same thing. is anyone experiencing same issue with them or are they planning to run with peoples coins?

Seems that there have been several issues in the past. I provided references below:

You can visit their facebook page too and read comments, I saw some users complaining about locked balances, released BTC without permission, pending deposits even confirmed on blockchain and more.

For now, the only thing you can do is wait until they finish the said updates and hope that your BTC will be visible on your account. Once received, I think it would be better to leave the site.

Why do you believe in this exchange it's clear that this is a scam and the thread has been around a long time,
I have felt like you used to, make a deposit in an unfamiliar exchange but often when we withdraw often blocked with a variety of reasons, therefore I no longer trust any exchange unless it has been known by many people.
