Am I the first to say that the poll has three choices describing essentially the same thing?

As "Enjoying", "I love", and "Fun" are nothing else but more specific and concrete terms to describe a more general idea or concept of personal entertainment. Regardless, I voted "Other" as I'm currently testing a martingale setup (you can read about it here) which could potentially earn me some coins if I'm not unlucky to bust (so far so good). But it has more to do with the scientific side of me rather than the one looking exclusively for profits (the greedy one)

I think I hope for a win, but I don't earn money in gambling because that is too difficult for me to win some money. I can only hope and hope for a win but the fact, I still lose in gambling. I play online gambling than offline gambling because offline gambling is not allowed here, so when I play online gambling, I don't have to afraid because I can access the gambling website without any problem. Spot on lmao! Yeah they are basically the same, I guess some alternative reasons maybe : recovering past losses, staying way from depression, to bust narcissistic husband's money. I guess, majority of gamblers play only to chase past losses lmao.

I'll go with Hope for the win, this is all wanted for gamblers aside for having fun and enjoying the games. It is also hoping to win.
But we have a different perspective way on gambling, there are other maybe escaping from the boredom and maybe when they had an extremely depression which they wanted to divert into another habit. The reason sometimes I gamble because sometimes I am alone and no one can talk except my self. So online gambling is the better place to kill the time until I got to sleep. True, but some friends like they want to do gambling for fun by just betting with small amount of money cause it's gonna be like more competitive between em rather than just playing games that doesn't involve money which it's kinda boring. It's even fun when we'll play gambling with just a small amount of money, like you can afford loosing few bucks and sometimes if you got lucky you'll gonna win.

Some of you pretend that you're in gambling for the fun and I call bullshit on that. The whole point is the win and that feeling the win is waiting for you seconds away. You just press one button and it can suddenly pop out and double your money. You sit there wit $100 in your hand thinking that the next minute you could have $200 and it's all about you having the balls to press the button or not. This is what lures people into gambling and what makes them come back for more even after a loss. Fun is secondary, it comes after a win but the win has to be first.

But sometimes gambling can become the most unattractive form of entertainment. People give money for fun, but again, there is the possibility of losing nothing, lose or gain more. While some other pay fun and get nothing. For me gambling is much more interesting because it triggers adrenaline and a sense of satisfaction. Yes you are right, everyone has a "hope of winning", but there are people who have a small amount and go out to have fun, and the profits if they come don't rebel.

Not more than $50, sometimes more if there's an opportunity to profit when there's a surprise promotion. I voted for enjoying but i'll include the other question since i've mentioned winning.

The highest i've earned in one day recently is BTC0.1 that came from a lottery. The amount I earn every day isn't always the same if i'm on a good day it's maybe at least BTC0.01.

I just participate in the poll and I see a lot of members picking hope to win, which is not surprising since this is gambling and everyone who made a bet are hoping to win a game, whether they want to have fun or addicted to gambling, but of course whatever reason you have to be sure you will come out ok and just have some great time.

It s a human tendency or say a behaviour which enable the casinos owners to make money as people do not stop inspite of making losses and many just become addicted to it. Due to which people keep gambling again and again in anticipation of winning one day .

Many have reasons why they keep gambling, I also choose that somehow I will win at the same time for fun. But it all depends on our luck. Almost in poll can happen all at once. As long as we know when to stop and till how much we can spend in doing gambling.

Yeah, we gamble to spend our time well and to get money as well for me gambling is the best source to earn and enjoy. I choose a game I like the most and know everything about it. We gamble to earn money by using our experience and knowledge about any game we like. Of course is obvious and I stupid if I say I am not intersted to get win in gambling, I play gambling because I want also to get win and at the same time I enjoy mself while playing gambling, when I play gambling I always set my money ready to lose as discipline to avoid troubles and huge loses.

I mostly gamble for entertainment, though I'd also love to win a large amount of money. You're statistically very unlikely to win lots of money through gambling, and house edge and fees on many games makes it unlikely you'll win over the long run with gambling, which is why I don't place a large amount of my money on gambling, but it's a great fun if you handle it properly and you realize the risks and don't spend more than you can afford to lose. I probably spend a few hundred weekly on gambling, though this amount fluctuates depending on how much I've determined I can reasonably spend after factoring in daily expenses.

That time is already huge amount of time when I try to gamble and base on your response I guess we are synonymous in nature but not prioritizing winning money isn't always be the case no matter what because you'll get into it once you win huge sum of money or even lose.

There are cases that if you'd want even a free time to gamble but at the same time the psychology to win some money because you need to as well then the gambling addiction may caught you sometimes on that situation.

If you can get your priority right then there is no harm in gambling because you would always be under control and will quit if the need of the hour be when you are realizing you are losing money and not playing for making money out of it.

I gamble just to get rid of boredom at leisure, and even then not to the level of addiction.  spend at least $5- $10 a month. I was deliberately holding back my finances so as not to fall into addiction.
