I have read their whole thread and yes they are running a swap for those who have >= 10.000 coins in their wallet. This is questionable, why do they need to swap it if they are limiting the people? encouraging their community to buy more coins on the exchange? Swap means exchanging a coin from the old one to a new one, there is no restriction for the swap itself. If they really care about their community, they should have allowed everybody to swap their coin no matter how much they have. This shows how bad they are trying to increase the price and trying to manipulate the price, it is highly possible for the team member to abandon it as soon as the price gets better in the future, because of a low amount of coin.
