Do you use betting tips?

I'm thinking of moving into sportsbetting next year but using tipster service? I don't think I will. I'll just search information about the team, individual, sports i'm not familiar. It's more reliable and free. Paid or free tips, it's basically the same, they aren't as sure win as it is. Also, there are free tips out there that has good stats but I'm not gonna rely on them 100% maybe just gather some information. It feels better if you are doing things in your own and got a good result plus you've learned.

Sports betting are the most amazing type of gambling because here the gambler has to do rationale thinking without totally relying on luck. Moreover one does not need any kind of assistance here from others because it is not difficult to gather information about individual players and teams. We can easily find their past games scores on internet. I believe this is the only betting type where you have minimum risk.

Did those tipsters gave a disclaimer that it's not 100% accurate? I guess most of them are giving that kind of condition before making someone proceed and use their tips.

It's not a problem to use these tips but if you just keep on getting negative results, what's the sense? you're much better to have your own decision and get the outcome base on your bets.

When I was new in sports betting, I use to pay for tips in horse racing. I think I pay around $10 per week and the accuracy is around 70%-80%. I am not sure how they do it back then but they just give me the number of the horse that will win and I pay them every week regardless of my winnings. I don't what happened to the guy who takes my payment but he suddenly stopped sending me tips and I lost contact with him.

I don't use betting tips, I prefer to follow my own judgment and I enjoy doing it all the time. I don't plan to rely on the tips that's why I don't use it.

I think I kind of use it but in my own way. The first time I knew about sports betting, my friends told me that there are people around the internet that give tips to this game so I usually read their articles or read their posts but there are some that I don't agree with so I usually agree on some of their tips but most of the time I follow my own.

This is true, myself too prefer the same because it is human nature to blame when things makes us sad and praise when things happen good. The same can be related to cryptocurrency market, because when we go with someone's suggestion and loss we'll surely think we should've taken the decision. Better is to think than feeling bad later.

Now that you have mentioned about paying to get betting tips else I only used to consult my close friends who are into gambling or friends who are hard core followers of sports that I bet into. Never thought of paying to get tips or use consulting services. Betting for me has been a personal affair and I use my knowledge and sometimes intuitions to bet on right horse.

and that is called instinct in betting right?most of the time our judgement/instinct brings us more chances of winning than listening to others so for me?i stand next to you in this topic .i would rather lose or win with my own prediction than those tipsters.

at least you have learned earlier and stop using them than leading you to more losing stage of playing.and also better play in community gambling for much lesser chance of addiction.

I often use tips from several of these service sites and many are successful, but I am reluctant to pay only for that, it's better to enjoy the free tips because the paid ones don't necessarily win. Just analyze it too if you are in doubt with their predictions.

^ I dont usually rely on paid tipster because for me that is wasting money. Because when you get to lose it is doubled because you also paid a nonsense tipster. Unless, if that is free probably I will listen but I will make a reference what tipster the did say. The prediction was easy to speculate and probably this is wrong or right and you dont know if that has an accurate result.

Tips are generally a scam thing.  I wont put my money on something that someone I have no idea what their intentions are says.  I can write a couple tips per day, doesnt mean I have to believe them myself.  If written correctly you can make the case for either side of the bet.  Go with your own instincts and research because at least you know it's done with the intention to give yourself an edge not make a couple bucks giving out crap tips.

Yeah it feels bad when you're into that situation that you can't even manage yourself to do decision making. If that person can afford to pay for those tips but it's not that fruitful and worth it enough because the results are bad.

You have found it right.
We can't say that trading tips could bring us a big chance to win. If we trust ourselves then better we have to have our own. Just like you've said, it ended the same and the bad thing is that they use to ask payments for the tips and this means that we just lose before we take our chance and not knowing that we surely win. That sounds ridiculous following trading tips but some of us are still been crazy of doing it.

There is no best in betting or gambling; it's pure luck though. Thus, betting strategy isn't applicable in this field because everyone of us has their own style of choosing the odds in betting. If you want to feel more luckier in gambling, I think it would be better if you'll develop your own principle and rules which no one does.

There is no best in betting or gambling; it's pure luck though. Thus, betting strategy isn't applicable in this field because everyone of us has their own style of choosing the odds in betting. If you want to feel more luckier in gambling, I think it would be better if you'll develop your own principle and rules which no one does.

Sometimes it work since there is a style and familiarity applied for each tips and also it's up to you to investigate if those given are really working since if you believe that easily then you are at risk of losing. Tips are there so that you have a guide and just modify it if you see some lapses  to get a better result.

People are generally lazy making a proper research when betting. Most people rely on the odds, maybe they take a look at the table and that is it.
How many people research the teams online, check the pre-match thoughts of the coaches to get a feeling of who starts, who is injured or unavailable? People are just lazy to do it.

I have read people base their decisions on comments like Team A will win. Reason: If they win they will be on the 2nd place, if they don't win they wont. Basically the person just took a look at the standings to make that call.

actually tips are there but not to follow but to use as reference and that is what i think the main objective of this tipster,our judgement is still the answer for the decisions and not what they gave us.

the only problem most of the time that people will just follow the tip and then blame the tipster,why need to be like that when the truth is we are responsible on that scenario.

damn,i remember my grandfather use tipster back then when he was betting for Horseracing but this did not made him rich instead brings down the family so when he stopped?they become successful lol.

I kind of do this too.

I usually bet on esports games especially Dota 2 and CSGO. There are a lot of picks here in the forum where I base my bets. I just sum up their picks and my pick and from that I can form my own analysis. In terms of win I can say that it is average since I usually bet on powerhouse teams but in the past, I did so pretty bad.
