Governments with their executive system can do this fairly quickly. But I think that this is just such a case when it is more convenient and easier to lead the process than to conduct an implacable struggle with this process. Or as an option to keep all this in limbo by observing how governments of other countries regulate similar issues.
It is quite not that easy to ban cryptocurrency. Because banning cryptocurrency is creating too much restriction not just for the people, but to the internet, and that is too hard for the government to regulate. If they are to ban cryptocurrency, their step is to stop supporting local exchange in providing support for cryptocurrency holders. In this case, they might be discouraged in crypto. But in terms of what we usually think of not allowing sites that are associated in crypto would be impossible.

I think on the contrary I think in the future more and more countries will legalize crypto. because now the number of countries that adopt blockchain is increasing. in my opinion adopting a blockchain can encourage the use of cryptocurrency. and currently we live in a digital era the use of crypto is very much in accordance with our lives today. and in my opinion if a government can make the right rules. then cryptocurrency will not threaten the banking system. cryptocurrency and banks can work together without eliminating any of them.

Considering that the governments such as China have already tried to ban Cryptos. Would more governments do the same because Cryptos threaten the banks or the governments may want more control over what people use as currency and to remove all alternatives? What do you guys think, I personally think it won’t happen, but you might think otherwise.
It is too late for governments to ban the use of crypto totally. Looking at the market cap and market volume of the total cryptocurrencies in the crypto market, it will be very difficult to collapse or ban the use of cryptocurrency. The crypto market keeps growing as day pass by, indicating that new users are getting in this space very blessed day. The governments who do not really agree with the idea of decentralization should just accept and try to understand the benefits cryptocurrency present to the entire financial space.

When bitcoin and crypto never got scam many people I think no country want to banned bitcoin as investment assets, they still trust with bitcoin become profitable assets for the future because many investor have raise profit with bitcoin, maybe later many feature with bitcoin by adopting as currency payment and make country friendly want to adopt bitcoin as legal transaction payment.

It will not. The nearer we are in the future, the more accepted cryptocurrencies will be. Even the governments will one day accept cryptocurrencies. Not only will these governments be accepting cryptocurrencies, they will also be using cryptocurrencies as their main national currency. Fiat currency will be replaced with a digital money. But let us not base our prediction for the future on China. The European and American countries are more technologically advanced on this aspect.

It's true that Most of the government and Countries are facing a crisis about the Cryptocurrency issues, But they are not worried about the Blockchain system because, in recent time, China has declared that Blockchain system is healthy for the further invention, it would encourage for the next generation to more inventive, so some countries and Organization are trying to link up with the Blockchain system for their own purpose, but it's also true they are trying to take the lead of this platform, not only that but also Some Countries don't permit to run on their territory, but nothing will happen, Cryptocurrency will sustain for a long time and it will dominate in the future world.

First, Cryptocurrency cannot be controlled by anyone not even the governments. So, how do you think banning would actually be possible? Second, China has banned crypto exchange and attempted to ban every mining farm in the country. Did they succeeded in getting rid of the Cryptocurrency trend? No, Instead they are on their way of making one.
The only thing that the government is against of about cryptocurrency is the fact that they cannot easily tax every income an investor would earn in every single transaction he made in crypto space. Banks now aren't afraid of Bitcoin anymore, as they already found a way to monetize them. So, to sum it up, what the OP suggest will never going to happen.

It is much better to be optimistic instead of thinking the other way, blockchain is getting known and adoptions to this system will also bring encouragement to people who loves innovations. Crypto which base from this technology will also attract people who will start using blockchain. Government have their own stand regarding to this matter, the only thing that they wanted is to make sure things will be favorable to them.

I think that time will come when governments will start to banned cryptocurrency because a lot of governments in other countries notices that scams are mostly related to bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, that is why countries like China banned bitcoin mining due to scams. But i think there are less chances that bitcoin will not be banned all over the world because a lot of people know that bitcoin is not really full of illegal activities such as scams and fraud.

Sometimes it already happens nowadays in different countries. The governments forbid partly or for some period, or even try to limit the usage of crypto, or just to regulate and keep under control. To my mind it will be always like that from time to time. But I do not think that governments would be able to forbid crypto totally or to ban it at all...it would be too complicated))))

Wouldn't be surprised to see a country like China ban Bitcoin. Their financial institutions are tightly regulated and their GDP is already inflated. Their economy could not handle Bitcoin coming in and taking away monetary transactions from their banks. I doubt developed countries like US/Canada or European countries could ever ban Bitcoin. Their economies are diverse enough to not have to compete with a decentralized currency. The only regulation short of an outright ban would be tax regulation and that already exists in the US anyways.

China is now on the road to adoption, they didn’t succeed on planning to ban cryptocurrency because they see the potential of this technology and because of this I believe many country will also support crypto. Yes it wont happen because many investors are now coming in, they did that because they believe in something. Cryptocurrency will survive another milestone, 10years of existence already a strong start for us. haha this is pretty epic isn't it? to retract their own statement because they realized what they did to ban crypto was completely wrong , such a smart ass clown lol. china always act and respond things in extreme way well that is the consequence to eat your own words. there is a lot of country around the globe indeed trying to ban cryptocurrency , it did not work out well most of the times , instead bothering to do that useless attempt they making different approach by adopting/creating crypto-based projects , wonderful isn't it? haha this world is mad , too much lies hypocrite government.

But as of the moment, here in our county, I don't have any worries or no doubt at all that they will ban crypto, as I know that our government is open for this kind of opportunity.

There is no more ban will happen from the government anymore. Btc has a very huge help for the economic growth of a country and china did not realize it before but now they do realize it already. What china did will be serve as a lesson for every nation who will try to ban cryptocurrency. Btc will change the financial status of everyone.

It is very difficult to make all countries in the world accept cryptocurrency, because there must be countries that oppose the existence of crypto. As we know cryptocurrency cannot be controlled by anyone, making the government dislike it. Therefore, i am sure there must be a country that bans crypto, but not all countries will ban crypto. And I also believe in the future of technological development digital will be increasingly rapid, and inevitably all sectors including the financial sector must move to all digital. If that happens the government is forced to adopt crypto in order to keep up with technological developments, indeed today we as supporters crypto must be patient until that happens.

The government will not be able to completely ban bitcoin or crypto and if warned to be more careful using cryptocurrency That's possible, because they think bitcoin or cryptocurrency has no formal basis and government authority, bitcoin tends to be misused for illegal transactions that negatively impact such as fraud, money laundering or other crime. so in my opinion, the government cannot forbid it completely, and the government must also assess the good side of those who use bitcoin or cryptocurrency to help improve their financial and economic well-being and make their lives better, if the government explicitly prohibits whether they can replace the existence of positions crypto is good for the people because the existence of bitcoin or cryptocurrency can provide income for those who are unemployed and many good sides that must be considered by the government.

There is a high chance the authorities may ban anonymous transactions, as KYC will be obligatory for any transaction.

Governments are a real threat to cryptos, but I don't think that a ban would happen. Some countries have declared cryptos as a national threat while others have embraced it. Japan for instance and Germany have already recognised bitcoin as a currency, so they will not probably turn against cryptos in the near future. The US and China, on the other hand, are a powder barrel waiting to explode, as the moment cryptos threaten national sovereignty there will be measures put in place, and this could be devastating to cryptos.

There are already attempts, as you have stated, that governments try to ban or censor cryptocurrencies and blockchain-related activities, with the latter being less suppressed than the former. And even though they would implement a ban on it, people would surely still find ways to obtain cryptocurrencies, it's just that it would operate just like a black market of sorts. They could never totally ban cryptocurrencies, not today where alternatives are easy to access to restrictions such as using Virtual Private Networks and such.
