Considering that the governments such as China have already tried to ban Cryptos. Would more governments do the same because Cryptos threaten the banks or the governments may want more control over what people use as currency and to remove all alternatives? What do you guys think, I personally think it won’t happen, but you might think otherwise.
For me I think it's possible, but it all depends on what purpose. Maybe when they see that a lot of people are trying to go into Bitcoin and since they will not be able to benefit from it, they will look for a way to terminate it so that people will go back to the system they have chosen for them. If there's one thing the government never wants to miss out on controlling, that would be finance, lol.

The government wants to have control and Bitcoin is not going to give them that. They can only regulate centralized exchanges ,but for exchanges that are decentralized, there are no ways for them to control those ones. And if companies should be using bitcoin they might be avoiding paying taxes and government wouldn't like that. So if things that are similar to that begins to happen they are going to fight against cryptocurrencies for sure.

I think it wont happen in the future. Cryptocurrencies and slowly accepting, for sure that in the future it will be more accepted and a lot of option can happen using bitcoin. Governments for sure will accept cryptocurrency and all over the world will know about it.

Of course yes maybe there would be still some country who will try to ban cryptocurrency because as many says thay crypto is a threat to the government and especially in the world banks. If this crypto continuously circulate in the world, the bank and the government will be hard to monitor the money inside and outside the country because of the anonymous of the crypto. That would be some of the reason that may happen just like what happen in China why they try to ban crypto into their country, but we still don't know what would be really happen if one day all of the government and country will starting to ban crypto.

A lot of countries such as China already have banned crypto due to increased of scams like ICO projects, that is why there are chances that government in other countries could continue to ban crypto if illegal activities like scams will increased.

I don't think that the governments might on day ban cryptocurrencies. Why? Because even them, can benefit from it economically. And also, the technology behind the good cryptocurrencies are something that we should look forward too. Just like the blockchain technology that can help us especially when it comes to security.

I don't think it will happen. Its not enough of a threat yet and besides anyone involved is not hurting anyone. They just using a currency they bought with their own currency. If you cant spend your own money on what you want to then what kind of world is this? That's like a slave world without free will and that will never work. There is too much interest vested into crypto to let the government take over.

maybe more precisely is to protect people in that country. The government banned crypto because the market and use of crypto is very free. cannot be monitored, there is no control from the government. so that it's easy in fraud, crime and crime. a threat to the bank, I think it doesn't really matter, because the bank has also started moving on the blockchain. the use of crypto currencies is unlimited. while countries have limits and rules. this is the reason being a country bans crypto

There are government that seeing cryptocurrencies as bad for their country and economy. I think it is because of money laundering and increasing of people who got scammed. Money launderinf and other cryptocurrency related crimes are factors why regulating it is really tough because there are law makers who are not favor to it.

to protect ? no i dont think so .  i feel that they have other agenda on why they ban crypto but they are only using the word protect to avoid getting bashed  . it will still be useless even though banks move on blockchain or crypto but as soon as declare a nationwide ban on that country , you cant still be able to transact on those banks   . you and those banks that keeps on operating for cryptos will only be pusnished if ever you got caught by the police and guards that are assigned to detect crypto activities .

Just the opposite quite frankly they can create their own and force people to use their version that they can use to track everything you do.

It will be obviously quite difficult for China to ban cryptos they had in the past threatened, clamped down exchanges ,tried to regulates it in a long run it fails, cryptos is decentralized and anonymous transactions feature makes it difficult for any imposition on it to stand, there are many alternative for the Chinese citizens to use cryptos despite the restrictions and ban on it thus banning it wouldn't have  any impact.

The governments might not ban people holding Cryptocurrencies. However buying and selling via banks might be banned like what happened in China. But i think people can use 3-rd currency to pass this.

Would more governments do the same because Cryptos threaten the banks

The danger for that to happen has passed. Governments understood that they cannot fight it, so now they started embracing it. Some can already pay their taxes with Bitcoin, after all.

I don't think that banks and crypto would be agreeing with each other, but it still depends to some countries. My bank recognized Bitcoin and that's it. I can deposit Bitcoin to my bank account through 3rd party app.

Banks and crypto don't have to "agree", they (somewhat) compete each other after all. But in the same way a bank accepts USD and EUR, it may accept Bitcoin too (someday).
We are moving in that direction.

Since there are different ways to access ban websites now thru our modern technology that the only regulation they can make now is banning exchanges. Over all there are still way to earn and hold crypto or even visiting other countries once in a while to do transactions if it's ban in their own country as it is decentralised and nobody will know how much we're going to hold.

Governments are a real threat to cryptos, but I don't think that a ban would happen. Some countries have declared cryptos as a national threat while others have embraced it. Japan for instance and Germany have already recognised bitcoin as a currency, so they will not probably turn against cryptos in the near future. The US and China, on the other hand, are a powder barrel waiting to explode, as the moment cryptos threaten national sovereignty there will be measures put in place, and this could be devastating to cryptos.

Government have limited control to ban the bitcoins. Infact they cannot ban it but only make it difficult for the people who want to access it. In few countries, the government have already declared illegal to deal in bitcoins and they put people in front of court of law if they found anyone using crypto. This is the maximum the government can do. People can still use crypto currencies without the government being aware of it.

They cannot ban it since, in every country, countrymen have different kinds of ways to access crypto-related websites without being known or seen even if it is restricted and monitored by the government.
I do agree to that, they can only put people on the court but they don't have enough evidence to accuse that person having an illegal transaction using bitcoin.

Government have power on their hand about how to make digital transaction currency allowed or not and have possibility to banned bitcoin, but when bitcoin have been popular and their investor keep use bitcoin maybe government will allow using bitcoin for their citizen and never banned bitcoin, when bitcoin have higher price government will interested with bitcoin.

Considering that the governments such as China have already tried to ban Cryptos. Would more governments do the same because Cryptos threaten the banks or the governments may want more control over what people use as currency and to remove all alternatives? What do you guys think, I personally think it won’t happen, but you might think otherwise.

This will only happened if government see the reason to banned crypto especially bitcoin.  Like Money laundering, Funding terorist, use to do illegal transactions like buying drugs, widespread scamming and many more.

So like China they banned bitcoin because of ICO that scam many people money,

China is the big population country even it's they strong position in crypto industry that's why they dominated in the whole crypto currency platform. Any government can ban Bitcoin to remove money laundering act and other a lot of illegal activities but how government can be remove all cryptocurrencies? They haven't such a power to remove all crypto currencies.
