You should have received Airdrop when you created an account it's automatically credited. Moreover, Airdrop is still active because they extend the duration which was previously only limited to the first 200 people. I think you should contact the admin to confirm that you don't get Airdrop.

Maybe they do manual withdrawal for all withdrawals since they are offering a good amount through the airdrop.
I believe there are many tries to create multiple accounts here to abuse the airdrop so they need to make sure that all withdrawals are legit (not an abuse).
Unless the amount you try to withdrawal is from your own deposit then it is indeed annoying to wait but if your withdrawal amount came from the airdrop then I suggest you to wait a little longer.

Sometimes this happens , had aswell some matches that result was pending for some time , but they'll solve your issue eventually. I just think they have a lot going on , bugs etc to deal with  , so that's why the delays in fixes.
