Anyone knows during what time customer support is active at the website? Thanks.
Im not sure but i think they are located in Costa Rica, so you can check the time in costa rica and i would say the support is active during costa rica day/working time... |

GREAT UPDATE ! Guys finally we have withdraw history on the new menu tab cashier good work Betroar team, it already looks more serious now.  I'm really excited waiting for the next update and you will get the trust of the community soon. Next update i wish you can make some info about probly fairs I'm sure it will make you more likeable |

people who have withdrawals pending or not processed , please , try contacting support
the site is new and they offered a really generous bonus , probably got swamped with all the cheaters and legit support inquiries alike
give them some time and I'm sure they will sort you out
I am still trying to wager my bonus through , placed my first sports bet today
what I suggest you change - have the odds display in decimals/american , because the -423 odds was confusing

Betroar team seems to be both working inside the house making sure the website reaches its full potential not just by writing amazing code and try to work developers very well but at the same time for other people like withdrawal requests and community engagement very well as well, team has been doing a great work so far.
However, they are also working great outside the house very well too with all the promotions and airdrop extension and 10% bonus for problems and all that jazz. Not many places spend the money as directly as betroar does, mostly the new places just does signature campaign to get people and that wagering contest to get money while giving back a bit of it, none I can recall does it as directly as betroar does and it shows how many people loved it.

Well my betting streaks look good We're hard at work, currently some changes we are making have caused the delays on grading to get out of hand. We understand that having events graded 5-10 minutes after they end is crucial for long term success. We anticipate this will be the case by end weekend. We will als be sprinkling out some bonus cash for accounts affected by this. |

Speed does not seem to be their strongest quality They should at least focus or do put up some emphasis on this field and they'll be good.I do see the seriousness of the team on building and hearing communities voice but they should be more responsive this time. |

just tried to log in to check if my bet was settled and .... looks like the site is down it returns a 522 error on my end : https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/betroar.ioguess admin is sleeping or the site is under a ddos attack in any case this doesn't add points to the popularity , hope they fix it ASAP I'm always supportive of the new sites , but hours of downtime is something unacceptable |

you cant complain but you already complain on your first sentence because you said that you didnt get your free bonus . you already wagger that much so you supposed to recieve your bonus or maybe it needs other requirement ? did you check it on thier rule's ? good for you that you still recieve your withdrawals because i can see that other users have a problem on thier withdrawals . they say its delayed and now the site was down . hope the owner will fix these issue's |
