We're curious to know what you guys think about this.

Our second issue involved the grading of sporting/eSports events being delayed or wrong. We have made significant progress on this but there is still work to do. Our insistence on offering anonymous bitcoin betting means we don't have access to all of the API services the big guys use, so we need some workarounds. We have greatly improved this in the past two days and expect it to be working perfectly by the end of the week. Moving forward, if your bet is delayed more than 24 hours or graded incorrectly, you will receive an additional 10% profit on your payout when we fix it.

Yeah, considering it is a new game and brand new style I feel like there could be some sort of leeway given to them for the bugs. They will probably fix it and they are brand new with the idea as well so I assume it will only get better and better.

Yesterday, I was sick and I wanted to just stay home all day doing nothing and remembered this place and came in, I would like to say to everyone, the "bugs" are not there all the time, sometimes lag happens and you fail but it is not common as you might imagine, it is good enough to play and you rarely get the "bugs" that keeps you from gambling. Honestly, the live support thing is not ideal of course but at the same time it works, so I think its both bad but also good. Not many websites have a functioning proper support that helps out the people that frequently and with speed, most of them just put up an email address for the support and then tell you to mail the support and hope to get an answer back.

I am not going to name any names to be professional and I already complained about it on their own topic but one place even didn't responded me for months, it wasn't something major so I forgot but dudes literally ignored me for 3 months. So, having this type of support on a new website is awesome, I just hope they can keep up with the numbers when they get bigger as well because then it will become harder to keep it up.

Fairly sure you can claim ref bonuses whenever (doesn't have to be within X hours of the ref signing up - just don't 'reject' it when you get the popup notification).
