They're not ignoring , they're just late , so between fixing bugs etc and answering all the messages they get ( probably a lot ) , you guys are forgetting that they gave out , and still giving a lot of free btc , how I can see here everybody is complaining that their free money is either late , either their messages are late etc . I've also sent numerous messages to their support , some got answered after 1 week , some after 1 day  . I have 4 withdrawals made since last week , some were 48 hours late , some were almost instant , 1-2 hours . They gave out at least 1 btc free in the short time since they've been online .
Tell me another casino who did this when they were launching .  ( Also I came upon some bugs while using their website , and I was generously rewarded for them ) . So yeah , they're legit and working on improving their service.

Yes, I understand this. You'll notice we are not making much of a campaign for people to deposit at the moment, instead fixing these problems with Free Money that has been added to the system by us. We hgave also kept up with all deposits, like you said even in the case of some costly player errors.

Honestly, the live support thing is not ideal of course but at the same time it works, so I think its both bad but also good. Not many websites have a functioning proper support that helps out the people that frequently and with speed, most of them just put up an email address for the support and then tell you to mail the support and hope to get an answer back.

I am not going to name any names to be professional and I already complained about it on their own topic but one place even didn't responded me for months, it wasn't something major so I forgot but dudes literally ignored me for 3 months. So, having this type of support on a new website is awesome, I just hope they can keep up with the numbers when they get bigger as well because then it will become harder to keep it up.
