Honestly, the live support thing is not ideal of course but at the same time it works, so I think its both bad but also good. Not many websites have a functioning proper support that helps out the people that frequently and with speed, most of them just put up an email address for the support and then tell you to mail the support and hope to get an answer back.

No withdrawal didn't enter the queue , usually when we make a withdrawal request from betroar the wd amount gets deducted from the balance straight, while now the amount doesn't move from my ingame balance. Waiting for them to come online , it will probably be a quick fix.

Big amount? How much is that and how much you earn from the referrals program?
If I have to guess, it must be something like self referring detected or abuse as a site wont ban an account just because the account request a big withdrawal.
You do not need to worry if you did not do something wrong, there will be always a way to solve a problem like this if you did not do something against the rules.
But obviously, any sites should give a valid reason once the site bans an account.

May I ask what's the amount you submitted for withdrawal ?
You're the first person to be banned I think , and I doubt they'd ban anyone without a reason.
How many refferals you have ?

This is a pretty fun game, have been playing the brawling betting mechanism over the past two days and enjoyed it. The only thing I do not like is the ambiguity of the bonus rollover required, I thought it was 10x but it was 50x as I only focused on playing the brawling game.
