Reading posts in this thread made me thinking that maybe is better to wait for user to deposit than giving away free money and people complain for anything especially for free coins.

Yeah, the design might be improved but at the same time it is such a different type of game that we can't really blame them for having a different type of UX neither. Think about it there is no other place like betroar at all, it is such a weird different website that gets our attention that we like it for being what it is and enjoy it so much that, can we really expect it to be same as all other websites? I doubt so.

So, there is really no point of putting pressure on betroar to be like all other websites in design or UX, we simply need to give them even more space to be more creative. If you ask me my idea would be let them make as many different stuff than everyone else as possible. Hopefully they will not stop being creative and keep on innovating.

My withdrawal goes well without any issues. So this problem is some sort of selective one? Ive seen this problem randomly between users but lots are complaining about delays than successful.

We are currently averaging 24-48 hours for review of withdrawals and occasionally longer for situations that require more review. This is because we are in early access phase and frankly, there are still site bugs costing us lots of BTC and plenty of bad actors looking to exploit that. We are working around the clock to fix it and are aiming for 6 hour turnaround in withdrawals ASAP.

24-48 hours withdrawal is really long but as you mentioned and explained that the site is still on early phase is somewhat understandable.
If current exploits and bugs are costing you lots of btc then why not stop the operation of the site and fixed it completely? Here on
crypto market, people are get used to almost instant withdrawal request.

I think instant withdrawals are not something "we are used to" , hell 24 hours could be the market average when it comes to withdrawing from a website.

There are few ones that are just dice websites and have nothing extra and so forth which gives you fairly quick withdrawals but almost ALL sportsbooks have 4-8 hour period just to credit your account with the win and balance after a soccer match ends, let alone the withdraw period for example, or poker websites easily goes above 24 hours when you want to withdraw, many casinos with online multiplayer games have that as well.
