We are currently averaging 24-48 hours for review of withdrawals and occasionally longer for situations that require more review. This is because we are in early access phase and frankly, there are still site bugs costing us lots of BTC and plenty of bad actors looking to exploit that. We are working around the clock to fix it and are aiming for 6 hour turnaround in withdrawals ASAP.

24-48 hours withdrawal is really long but as you mentioned and explained that the site is still on early phase is somewhat understandable.
If current exploits and bugs are costing you lots of btc then why not stop the operation of the site and fixed it completely? Here on
crypto market, people are get used to almost instant withdrawal request.

I think instant withdrawals are not something "we are used to" , hell 24 hours could be the market average when it comes to withdrawing from a website.

There are few ones that are just dice websites and have nothing extra and so forth which gives you fairly quick withdrawals but almost ALL sportsbooks have 4-8 hour period just to credit your account with the win and balance after a soccer match ends, let alone the withdraw period for example, or poker websites easily goes above 24 hours when you want to withdraw, many casinos with online multiplayer games have that as well.

Only ones that are quicker are probably crash game websites like bustabit and purely dice websites like primedice, all others do average over 12 hours easily for me but that is personal, I don't know if it is for everyone involved as well.

my personally conclusion goes 72+ hours. I have no idea that there can be checked such an amount of time

Everyone may calm down a bit, I have no affiliation with the website nor I work with them on anything, just a simple customer (gambler) so take this with grain of salt but for the sake of everything that is good, can we just give a website who has created something that is extraordinary and never been done before in the history of gambling some time to fix their stuff and work on it to perfect it? Sure, ever since they are created there were some bugs but it is a game! of course there are bugs, just let them be for a while and you will realize that it will be fixed soon.

They got the game offline now to work on it and when it comes back it will be better for sure, I am not saying it will be perfect, that is very very difficult but surely it will be better, and if you just give them some time eventually it will become perfect.

I mean either it is because your account was flagged for abusing the bug (you may have done it or not, it was just flagged, maybe you are fine and you will get your money after some review) or worst case scenario betroar just had to check some backlogged accounts during a period of gambling.

After their down time and they came back it is faster, I have never encountered any withdrawal requests that takes longer than 2 hours (let alone the high amounts talked about here) since that moment, however I did had a 16 hour waiting before that, so I assume they have found the issue and fixed it and now it is faster.

When i click withdraw button it say 24-48h, so i will wait couple hours more. They can check my all bets and review my account, i have no problem with that becouse i was playing fair. But you know it is annoying to wait so long time, first i was waiting 2 weeks to push my ongoing bets and now long time for withdraw. I will just sent message to support and wait patient.
