We as the gambler should realize that the team is probably not happy with the problems neither, all those bugs and exploits and problems they faced both causes them to have a set back and not make profits and also not being able to release the alpha version keeps them from fully promoting and making money as well.

They want to fix everything, they want to have a website with zero problems and go into full mode but they first need to cover all of the troubleshooting and end up with nothing before they can do that. I think there are not many left, they are fixing the current ones they have on the list I am sure and when that's done and if nothing new comes up, the alpha must be very close to be released and let people gamble freely.

I will look into this. Some commissions may be slow due to procedures to prevent referral fraud. We are also implementing a much more robust referral dashboard with this info.

No other site is able to offer such an instant no-deposit bonus and also an instant bonus for the referrer, both with limited play-throughs. This is pretty accurate, we are not happy with any bugs on our site. While 99% of the site breaking bugs have been fixed, there's still a mountain of work to do, thank you for the kind words!

Your were banned from using this site.

Either your referrer or you created multiple accounts and once any of you get caught, they ban all the linked accounts with the main account that cheated them. You will need to tell them about this and if you are not guilty, they will restore your account like they did in my case. My referrer was found guilty in that case and they banned all the linked accounts, but they saw my history and decided to restore my account as I have never cheated any websites before and will never do that.

Not sure if it is a fraud. But one thing is for sure that people are exploiting the referral system by make fake accounts just to get the benefits of the referral commissions. This is a problem when you give good incentive for the referrals and people start exploiting it.

I wish to know that when I was able to see a winner and the bet also shows a crown ahead the name of the one I bet upon, why should it be pushed and send me my bet back only? Shouldn't it be settled as a "WIN" instead and I should get the whole winning amount instead of just giving me my bet amount?

When ever I am sending any mail through your offline support, I do not recieve any confirmation mail stating my ticket number and also a thank you message. If it has not been implemented then please do so as I need to something to quote you when your support doesnot respond.

My old issue has not been solved yet and I have sent another mail asking them, if I do not hear from them within 48 hours, I will Update this post for you to help me as you have been very helpful in the past.

They're already operational the thing here is that they do really experiencing those delays on match result and even to their processing of withdrawals

Okay, there is no confirmation mail when you use the support email address but they are pretty active here, they always share new stuff and solving the withdrawal problems which has been a problem since day 1 of course (and they would prefer it not to be a problem as well just like us but they also have to run a legit business).

So, if you have a problem then you can either send in a mail and write here or pm them here about the problem and the mail or the shorter version you can PM them here right away without using the mail or even write on the topic here to get more awareness to your problem which makes it solved a lot more quicker.

It also helps the website as well, you share a problem, they solve it and people who consider playing here see that website solves the problems and publicly gets a thanks.
