They're not controllable ,   their movements etc are based on AI , so basically it's a coin toss each game . Though some of these characters are completely over powered and can beat other characters with 1 hit.

I bet on this chick with the sword. A-Kaigen.

She did pretty well at first against this Violent Gunter.

But ultimately she was just too weak and her attacks weren’t doing enough damage.
