Why is support never online & why does it take forever to process a withdraw?
I've been told by support via email to allow 24-48 hours for the withdraw to process.
And if it doesn't happen by then to contact them immediately.. well I did just that & still no reply.

BETROAR.IO SCAM

This bitcoin sports betting Betroar.io is SCAM. They just refused to pay me BECAUSE I WIN.

My history with this sportsbook was simple, I deposited 0,036 BTC early december 2019 and start to make bets in his sports betting page. I recieved 100% sports betting bonus instantly in my first deposit.

I made many bets, and, lucky of me, at the end of January 2020 my account was 0.43 BTC and I finish their rollover bonus of x25. It took me more than 200 bets and almost 2 months to finish this bonus.

When I was near to finish the Rollover: They tried bad tricks to me as example, lower my odds, if for example in hándicap NBA game it was almost 1,91 odds every match, then with this “bad trick” the odds go down to 1,65 or 1,7. This is an example.

Also, they tried to give me EXTRA BONUS, but I refused all because “if you get this bonus, then you must to rollover AGAIN”. This is another “Shit trick” that they do to me, but I tell them that I will not accept any extra bonus. They do this because when I am near to finish the ROLLOVER, they want you to force you to accept another bonus and doing this all the times. The main reason of this is:NEVER WITHDRAWAL.

After finish the rollover bonus and contact support to “ASK” if I can make a withdrawal, I requested a withdrawal of 0,05BTC, it tooks like 5 days for withdrawal, and next day I recieved in my btc wallet 0,036 BTC and my account was BANNED.

At 30 January 2020, I sent an message to the a manager about WHY THEY BANNED ME, and here is the answer:

After that messages,, I try to contact again, and ALL MY MESSAGES WERE IGNORED for this Mother F****.

But, the most funny, they confirmed that the rollover status on your account will be lifted. So, thats means that they “allowed me” to make a withdrawal, because I dont have more Rollover bonus.

That was my bad experience,, Betroar.io is SCAM, they will not pay you if you win big. They work like a pyramid scheme, pay to small amount users and ban users if they win big amount. BETROAR IS SCAM

Betroar is not a scam for those who are playing there genuinely and not try to scam the website. I have till now earned 0.004 BTC , half of it comes from founders faucet offer and the other comes from my refferal commission. They have not blocked me and have always approved my withdrawal request with in. 24 hours.

the reason you can find it in the images. A stupid excuse (bad mechanics) nobody will believe, because I didnt use any tactics to win, it was just a betting account playing in top sports league as NBA and top matches in european football almost all the time, and yes, I hit some big bets and thats why my account was going to 0,43 BTC. When my account was 0.26 at the end of december, they could stop me very easily, limit my account or something, but... the main reason that they didnt do that is because they already decide that "We will Banned him, he can play as much time he wants, no way we will pay him when he request a withdrawal"

Even that, due that I am a nice person,, I write them a proposal about pay me 50% of my earnings 0.2 BTC( because is better 0.2 BTC then nothing, and because if BTC hits 20K, they will not loose and I will get what I want "$4000"), and even that,, they just ignore me and keep silence. Bitbrawlers only talk here to give BONUSES TO EVERY ONE without any reason, but it shows clearly when is time to pay they do bad tricks as: Give another bonus to not have a chance of withdrawal, and lower the odds.

If they will be clean or fair,, what they should do is pay me the amount that I WON IN 2 MONTHS OF BETTING, and after the payout, they can do everything they want even close the account. They only get back my deposit, but what about my 0.4 BTC.... ohh wait, we must find an excuse to avoid this amount. Just 2 words: BETROAR.IO SCAM.

Well, we have heard from the complained itself and the player, he has explained why and how he was scammed and he has provided some proof as well, right now the ball is on betroars court and they have to return with dignity if they want to continue. Do not forget that in the casino world there is always a chance that players could be wrong or casinos could be wrong, there is no scenario where we can say player is right without proof or say casino is right without proof.

Now, that donsifon showed us the messages and the bets and everything else, we know that it doesn't "look" anything against the rules however we don't know any further detail. Betroar thinks that this person did something suspicious and banned his accounts, let us see what they think is the wrong one.
