I already wrote above that I am not an expert in this field. But I personally believe that no one can be cured by force against their will. You can take a person against their will to various clinics, treat and control them. But if the person does not want to recover and get rid of the attachment to drugs, alcohol, gambling, then he will return to his previous occupation after some time after treatment.
But if a gambler is already out of his mind, he will have to be force to go under rehab to be cured, and though it could be against his will, but eventually he will realize that he needs to cooperate to live a normal life. Problem with addicted gamblers is they are not thinking straight anymore, so sometimes a force is needed for them to separate from gambling which is the source of their addiction.
Rehab gives them a good reason to live a normal life, from that point there is a good chance that self will start to bring something out from their mind. If they'll let the process to continue and those bad things that keeps circulating inside about gambling will be flushed out, then new sets of things to do will bring the person new reasons to live without gambling to accompanied.

I would say that expensive and long-term rehabilitation is not necessary for recovery. In this case, it is more important that the patient himself wants to recover and leave his harmful addictions. However, if money and time allows you to go through rehabilitation, it is unlikely to hurt.

People would always say this but I think this still depends on that individual. There are those gamblers or people that stopped their addiction by themselves, it sounds amazing and it is true since it is really hard to do that. In my case, I visit one and told me what should I do and they also said that the key is not them but myself. They said that I am pushing a door and that enigma is pushing it back the reason I can't open it, they said that before all of the things I wanted to do, I need to set that door free, let the enigma free and let myself assess what I've done. That just means that we need to accept ourselves, accept that we committed mistakes and we want to make up for that.

It's very impressive for some people to recover on their own from gambling addiction. The psychiatric disorder is not a common case, and much attention and treatment will be provided to recover from it. It's all dependent on the user but we're not on the same characteristics we can quickly get over. So there are people who will need medicine or support from family including others.

If you're surviving on the fact that gambling relieves your pain at some point, it's hard to recover, there'll always be a justification why you're staying at gambling that would make it hard for you to escape.

I don’t play so often, and probably from this I started to have problems with control. It seems like this is called tilt, when you want to recoup at all costs.
Sometimes I fall into such a state after a loss or a series of losses, I really want to win back and I spend more money than I was going to.
Thank God this does not last long. After several subsequent losses, I quit.

My betting style also falls to this category, several times the conditions weren't on my side and I did revenge gambling. Having a proper analysis method will let the gambler observe the odds better but in the end, it is all about how lucky you are. Some guys make a comeback some guys lost all bankroll in series of loss.

Yep, it is true. Not all people can accept their mistakes and be aware of his addictions. Some people needs advise or special approach to make them realize of their wrong habits. Advise or suggestion from their close people like family members sometimes doesn't work for severe addicts. So, they must go to special mental treatment experts/professionals.

I think that point of this topic should be about you, and how you feel towards gamble. You can comment
others, but here you need to looks inside yourself and make a conclusion how gambling affect you, and is
it you who have the control or emotions easily gets over you!?
Keep your mind together, don't let gambling takes you and control you! You should worry about youreself
and when you do it will be easier to take care of others too.

Very dangerous behavior! Maybe you should reconsider your money management? For example, if you set yourself a maximum loss of $ 100, you can reduce it by 2 times - up to $ 50. And if you "violate" your restriction, then you will lose only the amount that was set initially. But here is an important psychological point: after losing the second fifty dollars, it is necessary to stop for sure.
I understand that from the side such a money management looks naive, but psychologically it helps to stop in time.

It happens that others are very strong to be able to get through on these circumstances quickly. Mental health conditions are very sensitive, so a lot of time will be given to recover. It's great that certain kinds of healing are achieved by themselves, but I doubt it's really the sort of situation. Addiction, particularly when it comes to gambling, will also cause you a hard time keeping peace and not playing again.

And those are the right words, man. The key to our perfection, to acquiring bad or good habits, lies within us. Each person is capable of many things, the main thing is that he himself must want it. Relatives are also important, they can give him moral support and show an example of how to do it.

Professionals that can give them the necessary approach on how to deal with their addiction. Because most of the time the gambler will be in denial stage and whatever his family members are advising on him will be rejected. He will be angry to everyone around him and that I think will be one of the hardest stages in addressing gambling addiction.

Anyway, on my part, I am positive that I have the control with my gambling habits. Because I only gamble from time to time and only use my extra money. So far, I haven't gambled my money for my basic necessities. And I hope to keep that way.

It will be useless for a gambler to spend many of his time and money into a rehabilitation center if he himself doesn't want to recover.

For me, it would be better if you just guide the gambler and let him recover if he really wants too. Consulting to an expert will be helpful too but don't spend too much in rehab. There are some who can just recover from it and there are some who can't do it himself unfortunately. They will just stop if either they don't have money to spend on gambling or something terrible that is related to gambling happened to them.

I always managed to stop betting when the money ran out. I never made debts to feed the gambling habit. I believe I'm a controlled guy. Whoever can't stop needs treatment. Otherwise, it's gonna cause your family a lot of trouble.

Your self-control is still functioning, it's hard for gambling addicts to refuse debt when self-control decreases and selfishness peaks to get capital back. You must give kindness to the family and do not involve them in the ill effects of gambling.

I would say that expensive and long-term rehabilitation is not necessary for recovery. In this case, it is more important that the patient himself wants to recover and leave his harmful addictions. However, if money and time allows you to go through rehabilitation, it is unlikely to hurt.

The problem is that because of people's addiction (both gambling, alcohol, and drugs), their families usually suffer, and therefore the isolation of such people is at least a temporary measure so that families can at least have a little rest and calm down. But the path to full recovery is very long and there is no single correct recipe for how to beat addiction.

Firstly, I had no control and lost too much money. because whenever I wont some a little I was going to do the X5-10 my next bet and I was doing this for a few months. But, Right now since I lost too much money and I learned my lesson from it I do co have much more control in my emotions.

Tell me how hard it was for you to stop and stop betting in gambling? Did you end up doing this because you ran out of money at the time or did you just see how much money you had already lost? Or maybe someone close to you drew your attention to the presence of a problem?

I don’t play so often, and probably from this I started to have problems with control. It seems like this is called tilt, when you want to recoup at all costs.
Sometimes I fall into such a state after a loss or a series of losses, I really want to win back and I spend more money than I was going to.
Thank God this does not last long. After several subsequent losses, I quit.

The key in not losing control is to play small amounts of money.
If you bet a lot of money then the tilt becomes bigger and then it comes the addition as you will want to get your money back at any cost.

I have full control of myself to stop gambling anytime since I am not a gambling addict. Only worst will result to yourself and love ones around me if I focus on earning money through gambling online or offline when the virus is gone or cured. Even covid-19 can't stop people to gamble unless that person is infected.

It is good to know that you are one of those who are not gambling addicts. But do you mean addicts have no self-control? Maybe yes, because otherwise, they wouldn't be addicts right? But there are many ways to control yourself to prevent addiction.

There are only two destinations to gamble while making money: the first is the good intentions of hoping for more money, and the second is the ill-effects that many neglects like family. So which one are you in?
