MegaDice SCAM, over 19 BTC stolen

I have been scammed by MegaDice Bitcoin casino, they have stolen me over 19 BTC!

On 29 October 2019, I deposited 0.21 BTC and was able to establish a balance of 6.93 BTC with this deposit. But, I was only able to withdraw my 0.21 BTC and some satoshis, after that the hot wallet of MegaDice was empty.

So I wrote them an email stating that the hot wallet is empty and they should refill it in order to let me withdrawal my balance. After 24 hours, there was no answer at all, so I posted in the thread of MegaDice:

I was really fucked up, as there were several more or less clear signs that MegaDice is insolvent:

• Livechat license has expired
• Gaming license link goes to nowhere
• Hot wallet is empty
• Cold wallet posted in this thread is empty

The user game-protect made me some hope, as he said that the license is indeed valid and active - only the link from the website of MegaDice is broken. In the evening of 30 October 2019, MegaDice managed to answer me in the thread and via E-Mail:

We will replenish the cold wallet. We have also replied to your email. Thanks.

Hello xxx, we will replenish the hot wallet asap!

In the meantime, I managed to increase my balance to ridiculous 19.67 BTC. But as soon as the hot wallet was pretended to be refilled, my balance was set to nearly zero by the operator. Shortly after that, MegaDice wrote again in this forum, saying that he congratulates me (haha) and has credited me a bonus:

@newalias, Congratulations on your fantastic win. We have now replenished the hotwallet with 10 coins. We have credited your account a 0.25 BTC bonus to congratulate you.

I was able to withdraw around 0.25 BTC, so some astonishing 19.44 BTC is just missing.

MegaDice said that I have gambled and lost all the balance, that is for sure not the case. MegaDice is not replying since nearly a month, not at Bitcointalk and not via email! A complaint at the gaming licensor is active, but they did not get a reply by MegaDice yet either.

I just played the dice game at the end, that allowed me to withdrawal more of these 0.25 BTC "bonus" - made some plus with it, withdrawal of these small amounts was no problem.

More proof means his accusations are strong to this gambling website.
But the only good thing that I am seeing here is that the OP got his original coins back plus 0.25btc.
So those 19btc "stolen" are his winnings and the site doesn't want to pay his winnings.
The OP is very lucky to win that kind of btc amount.

That is correct, but my luck ended suddenly when MegaDice reset my balance without a reason.

I have risked my BTC, so these BTC I have won are 100 % mine and should be paid out.

Is your win 8,5% of 193 BTC?

These are the sign that they are not interested to run their platform and personally i don't think they will give replies here. After reading your thread its quite clear that Megadice didn't follow the right way and as a result they are not giving your fund back. Holding evidences on your hand not gonna make proper solution IMO. Already TMAN suggested you to share all proper evidences that you have and that will definitely make your claim much stronger.

It is pretty clear that OP win from MegaDice and evidence is  replied from team. After that OP account become almost zero. When OP blaim again then team replenish account with 0.25BTC and let him to withdraw. It's clear indicate of that team manipulated OP balance. MegaDice doesn't have enough fund pay to OP. So OP accusation and red flag is reasonable enough. I don't think someone will make accusation if they lost during gamble.

@OP please add screenshots of your balance and your game history that you won.
