Real reasons to Why do you gamble?

The donation part, everyone is free to do charity and we don't have to tell it to others that we're helping people with our own pockets. I don't have to tell it to everybody that I've been ever involved with charities and donations.

So with gambling, I don't have to tell it to other people that I'm into gambling. We have our differences and own reasons why we gamble. We're looking for entertainment, to have fun or earn a little for sometime.

Basically telling this kind of things is actually necessary, why? because if you let people know you are donating money, they will recognize the platform where your are donating, as a result, if they become attracted to the charity then they might as well donate some of their funds to the growth of the charity, making more donations useful to help many people around the world.

Personally I gamble because I believe that I can make some money from that.
I don't gamble a lot of money and I don't gamble constantly. There are some occasions when I do it in order to try my luck as well.

Almost the same situation as mine.

I seldom gamble and when I gamble, I usually use a small amount of money because I have a mindset when it comes to gambling that I will lose in the end so to prevent losing too much money I gamble a small amount only. My reason to gamble?? Profit is my primary and the second one is having more excitement while watching sports events.

I know also that part but it's my attitude not to be vocal of certain help that I do for the people that I want to. I just let the other people do that thing so that they will become an inspiration to others but the important thing for me, I have my initiative.

It's more of a personal matter so it's up to me to whom I'll tell that I'm into it. I'm not afraid of it since I'm a known gambler by my parents even before the crypto has pumped it's popularity.

For some people gambling is entertainment.. but not for me. i gambled just to get money, that's all.  I spend time analyzing and playing just to make sure that I can get profit from the money I deposit..  But besides that,  I still invest some of my money into crypto and stocks,  because the investment is far more important than gambling.

Personally, before I used to play gambling because I want to earn profit in the easiest way as possible, however, it never turns out to what I expected that is why I stop using gambling as a source of income. I realize that whatever strategy I made just to win it all doesn't work, there are times it did work but as the gameplay goes on I run out of luck and lose it all. Hence, I learned from that mistake and use it to entertain my self and not expect to get any profit.

Same here. I don't treat gambling as a form of investment. But this may be the line of thinking of so many gamblers. You all make a good point but every individual have different reason for gambling despite they know the chance of winning is 1% and having control of ones buzz with the inclusion of having another thing to do won't be the thing to prohibit gamblers from losing money because some gambler days are incomplete if they didn't gamble in a day but that doesn't mean they can't control their buzz.

I don’t think that gambling makes our character bad as we are gambling to earn money and there is nothing bad in it. In my family some people don’t like gambling but they should not hate a gambler. I gamble and it makes me happy so it will be my choice either I gamble or not. Gambling gives me earning and also helps me to live happy enjoyable time.

for me, betting is the same as going after the big draw we can get

many people make gambling only limited to entertainment that can produce profits or just the same he goes gambling just looking for fun, if he is lucky then he can produce the big win he will get.

whatever our motive in playing gamble,the most valuable is when we are enjoying and happy because if this thing is not in you,then there is a problem and you might get hooked badly sooner.try to find the true essence and not just because of Money.

Those who simply gamble for money are the ones who really suffer from severe consequences of greed and addiction. As you said we need to understand the real motives we have behind gambling. If we are gambling simply to make money then we need to reconsider our aims because gambling is not the most appropriate means of making money. Sometimes I am confused to know about why they still playing gambling with the small chance to win. But then I realize that they don't mind to know how big their percentage to win because they can have fun in gambling, they can play in any gambling games, and perhaps, they can win the winning money. That will be bonus money if we can win the games, but we don't have to expect that thing because that will attract us to play for a long time. It is okay to test our luck because we never know when our luck will comes, but we should remember to control ourselves.

Humans are so damn greedy and that is the more reason why a lot of people are getting addicted to gambling. They are saying they are having fun, it is true but they are having fun and at the same time, hoping that they could earn soms good money out of their bets. Most of those who are playing gambling with crossed fingers that they will be given the chance to win are gamblers that are not rich enough to just forget their losses.
